We had a rest at the end of May, two adults and a child of 6 years old, flying from Moscow.They paid 140k for 10 nights.We got from the airport to the hotel with a stop in ~ 2 hours. We were at the hotel at 10 p.m., a nice girl met us at the reception, we were checked in and fed.A huge plus is the location of the hotel, a couple of minutes to the sea, the beach is sandy and small pebbles. There were enough sun beds, and we took hotel towels to the beach. There are canopies and gazebos on the beach, and if you arrive early, you can easily find a place. The territory is well maintained, although small, the main thing is that it is there and it is pleasant to walk along it.There is a small playground, two swimming pools, one with water slides. The hotel consists of 3 buildings, which are not interconnected.We had the 3rd building on the 3rd floor, there was no elevator, our suitcases were carried in our hands, our balcony overlooked the balconies of the neighbors) it was quiet at night- this is a plus There is no kettle in the room, tea or coffee is also missing, although the hotel description indicates their availability. The room is small, I did not like the closet, it is in no way designed for 3 people, there is only a wardrobe in the closet without any shelves, it is very difficult to place clothes. In addition to the closet, there is a small bedside table, but there is clearly another one in the room. The refrigerator, air conditioner and plumbing are all working. It is very difficult to set the water to a comfortable temperature in order to wash. You turn it on warm, it's cold, turn it on a little warmer, it's boiling water, every day there were dances with a tambourine to take a shower, and if there's no sun, then there's no hot water either.The cleaning was done, but mediocre, tips were left. Sometimes they forgot to put toilet paper or a towel for their feet, I took it myself from the cleaning cart, which they leave on the floor. Nutrition 3. Vegetables and snacks are plentiful, sweet as everywhere, fruits are only apples, pears and oranges, and a watermelon appeared a couple of days before departure. Cooks do not always keep up with the influx of people, food trays can stand empty until you ask for food, sometimes the food ran out an hour after the start of the meal and pepper was put in the tray to fill the empty space.There are constant queues at the grill near the pool, and a couple of times in the morning, after standing in line for pancakes or donuts, the boy would throw up his hands and say, sorry, they've run out of dough-it's a shame. He also roasts fried eggs there, which increases the waiting time for people in the queue who don't need fried eggs, they don't fry them in the kitchen, apparently due to lack of ventilation, or I don't know why) In general, the restaurant staff tries to respond to requests, but sometimes they do not have enough speed. There is a bazaar within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, if you cross the highway, there is a pharmacy and bus stops, you can get to Manavgat or Alanya. There is a children's room.During the day, darts, bocce, volleyball, and the girls did well, but during the rainy season, which we unfortunately managed to catch, the hotel was boring- there was nothing to go and do, many people were sitting in their rooms. Spa- I still don't understand their prices.She is not in the hotel, but on its territory on the way to the beach, on the second day of rest she wanted to undergo a massage course of 5 sessions, without any peels and other things, a pure massage for 40 minutes, as a result, I was counted for $175 according to the "old price tag" for 5 sessions. 50$ less)I had to give up, because a few months ago, in another hotel, I paid $100 for the same 5 sessions with a hammam, pool and face masks.The hotel is suitable for an unassuming tourist and for an adequate appropriate price tag, of course it does not reach the solid 4*☺ To summarize:given the convenient location of the hotel, friendly staff, a good beach and an adequate price, we would return here again, now knowing all the pros and cons. Take a great mood with you and you will definitely be able to relax.

There is no sound insulation in the rooms at all, you can hear everything that is happening in the neighbors. There's a gap under the front doors. There is no bar-vodka, gin, wine, beer-that's all and nothing else happens there, according to the bartender. By lunchtime, if you don't arrive on time, you won't even get the unfortunate chicken. The so-called barbecue is often soy kebabs or small partridge burnt. I was really shocked by the food, because I was in Kemer in the top three for the lowest price and a rating of 1 point, and the food and bar there were about the same. The hotel itself is on the first line, but there is nothing to do here, it is an ordinary village with a small number of shops where everything is exorbitantly expensive, take a minibus to Side with a transfer in manavgat only, which will take you an hour and a half and any desire to drive will disappear, taxi 45 euros. There is an employee on the beach who will find you a sunbed, even if you come at 11 o'clock. He also makes orange juice on the beach for $1. The beach is clean. The hotel consists of 3 four-storey buildings that stand parallel to each other. Therefore, from your balcony you will look into the windows of the building opposite at a distance of about 4 meters. The sea can be seen from the extreme rooms. And in the third building there are many rooms with sea views. The rooms are different. I lived in a room in the building where reception 1413 is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator - I was shaking my legs going up to the floor. The room is about 10 sq. m. The room has a bed 140x200. It's good for one person, it's a little cramped for two. 2 bedside tables, a table against the wall with a mirror, a built-in wardrobe of about 50 cm. Each room has a balcony with 2 plastic chairs and a table. Some balconies have a dryer, mine didn't. I tied the rope) Since the balcony is angular, the wind sometimes blew away the swimsuit, I had to buy clothespins) . There is a safe in the room, it costs $ 3 per day. There is a refrigerator, it barely worked in my room: it cooled a little. The fruits deteriorated quickly. Bed linen and towels are changed after 3 days. There are no beach towels. If someone took white towels from the room to the beach, then sometimes a woman from houskeeping came to the beach and collected all the towels. Towels can be bought at the convenience store right at the hotel, and slippers too. Food: it is not cooked at the hotel, they bring it ready. It's 50 meters from the bar to the beach, so everyone carried drinks from there. Unlimited water is provided in disposable packaged cups with a capacity of 200 ml. throughout the day at the bar. There is little animation. Yoga on the beach at 7 a.m., gymnastics on the beach at 10 a.m. In the evening there is a children's disco. In the evening, they take you to a disco in Side. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. At the reception, you can book a transfer to a large shopping center (4 floors, there is a large Migros). Departure at 10 a.m., return at 3 p.m. It costs $5. If you go by minibus, then with 1 transfer and the fare will be a total of $ 8. There is a small bazaar 100 meters from the hotel. There are good fakes of jeans, T-shirts and everything else. All additional servants at the hotel are paid: in order to get a quiet and normal room where everything works at once, I had to pay an additional $ 3 per day ($ 40) so that the windows faced the wasteland and the Sultan Hotel, in which almost no music was heard. Then they told me there was no sun, no water. 3. The second number was worse. The air conditioner was broken (the batteries in the remote control were oxidized), the wires were wound over the mirror, the room smelled of sewage, the shower barely closed, the sink was broken. 4. You throw the towel on the floor (change it), no one changes it, they clean it so superficially. If something is broken, you will not answer.... 5. The hotel is under construction. I stayed at this hotel from 03.09.2022 to 17.09.2022.The first line, good ripe fruits, daily housekeeping, alcohol is not diluted. But the rooms are cramped, the locker is tiny with a broken hanger, all the things are on the bed. The bathroom is cramped, the shower cabin is not airtight, the bathroom floor is constantly wet, there is nowhere to hang towels and clothes, you have to put it on the only stool in the room. In some rooms, the bathrooms smell of sewage, especially in the main building. They give out gray towels, they used their own. The beach is good, but there were not enough sun beds for everyone, we had to go to borrow at 05:00, by this time most of the sun beds were already occupied, but something else remained, by 07:00 there were no free sun beds, only mattresses remained. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were a battle for a place at the table, there were not enough seats in the dining room for everyone, it was possible to sit down at the table and eat only 15 minutes before the end of feeding. They adapted to take a place at the table 2 hours before the start, those who did not have time to mark the table with their belongings were left without a place. There is no animation. It is better not to meddle with people with limited mobility in this hotel - you have to be a fighter here. The staff is friendly.

There was no hot water in the entire hotel for 2 days, on the 3rd day it appeared in part of the buildings, we did not have it, we did not move, referring to the fact that there is no other Family room, this is with an almost vacant hotel. We washed the children in the hammam (and thanks to Lyudmila from the hammam, the administrator of the hammam said wait for the next day or $ 35 a person). The next day they gave us the keys to the standard in another building, we went there to wash. On day 4, hot water was given to the room, but it is unrealistic to set up the faucet, then cold runs then hot (this problem is not only our room, so if you are traveling with children, do not leave them alone in the shower, control, they may get burned and freeze almost simultaneously) there is one technician for the whole hotel who fixes it all, I'm sorry this employee, he is trying very hard, but he will not be in time, well, maybe he will do it by the end of the season. Construction work is still underway in part of the hotel, with all the ensuing consequences. When contacting Pegasus's hotel guide on watsap, he did not even respond. The travel agent sent a letter to the tour operator in response, they wrote that they gave us a massage and we were satisfied. By the way, no one offered massage, but water was a priority for us. When there was no water, I asked for a kettle in the room, they said it was not allowed according to the hotel concept, the hotel has an excellent concept, there is no hot water and a kettle in the room, good luck to them in business. In the shower, from which the water does not flow normally, as everything is clogged with a water stone, the water is cold, it was hot several times. Towels are stained and rusty. There are no beach towels. And the most interesting thing is the food. She didn't exist, so to speak. And what was there was cold. In the morning, there were not even enough boiled eggs, there was a sour smell near some dishes with food, olives with lemon floated in mold, dishes were broken and poorly washed. The grill was disassembled, there were no French fries and onion rings (only on the day of arrival it was in small quantities). There was fish in the first few days, but then it turned out that the hotel was closing for renovation and we were just eating what we had. In recent days, the staff has even eaten before us, and we'll be lucky. They saved themselves with bread and terrible alcohol to numb their nerves. We are not spoiled consumers at all, we rest in the villages of the Krasnodar territory, but the service there is a thousand times better. There was also a diesel engine in front of our room, which turned on when the electricity went out (it happened several times). There was a wild hum and the coolest thing was the smoke and the stench that made our clothes stink like we were working at a diesel plant or lying next to the exhaust pipe all day. And all that smoke in our room. I couldn't wash some of my clothes from the stench, so I had to throw them away. Then the room was changed, but it didn't get much better, and everything was barely working in the toilet. There has never been any animation. The only good thing was that it had nothing to do with the hotel, it was the beautiful weather, the sea and the sun. There are a million stars in Antalya's nature for this. Perhaps I would like more seasonal fruits (there were watermelons, oranges, apples and sometimes pears). The disadvantage of food is rather not in the food itself, but in the dining room. At lunch, and especially at dinner, there were not enough tables. First, you need to catch the vacant table, and then the staff to remove it. It is clear that the territory allows you to put more tables, but why this was not done is a question. The animation is weak, but we weren't particularly interested in it. The animator girls were very pleasant, talkative, and gave advice on the area. Actually, about the area. The nearest city (Manavgat) is 15 minutes by minibus. The bus stop is close enough. I recommend going to the city at least once. There is a shopping center, a shopping street, a bazaar. There are a couple of souvenir pavilions directly in the village where the hotel is located. As a result, if the main goal is to lie in the sun by the sea, then the hotel is more than suitable. Small, "homely", without too much pathos. First line, clear sea.
