Rabid grandmothers of all races come running at 5 a.m., literally, and occupy sun beds, then middle-aged people come and throw off their grandmother's towels and handkerchiefs and pack up, then grandmothers and grandfathers come after breakfast and swearing begins. The number of rooms is very different. The most normal ones are family rooms, all like 2 rooms, but of different sizes and layouts. The most creepy rooms are like bungalows, actually sheds made of planks, flimsy, smelly, very stuffy. Further horror is the rooms of the first floors between 1 and 2, 2 and 3 buildings: very small, dark, musty, moldy, and maybe there is a pillar in the center. For some reason there is not a single hook in the bathrooms, you have to hang a towel on the door. A real review about the rest at ELYSIUM ELITE HOTEL&SPA 4* This is probably the worst trip I've ever had! Check-in takes place at 14:00, there are no questions, everything is as they said. At first, we were moved into a room that is located in the corner, next to the fire exit (workers smoke there and the whole smell comes to your room, the room seems to be fine, but the bathroom is just a disaster, there is no water, and the floor is covered in mold - it was the third building! The cleanliness of towels is a different story! They're all stained! When asked to change, they replied that there were no clean ones) After that, we were offered 2 more rooms in which it was impossible to breathe, everything smells damp, wallpaper is peeling off the walls and mold is visible. Finally, by 4 o'clock, we were settled into a separate house right next to the pool and a minute from the sea. We were happy, but not for long. After a night in the cabin, we were bitten by some insects that were in an unknown place, of course they asked for disinfection, the cleaner came, sprayed the remedy and it got better! They don't clean the houses at all, we asked them to clean them (although it says they clean them every day) It's okay to eat, but if you want to eat, you need to come to the very beginning, because by the end there are only not very fresh vegetables and bread, and some strange salads that were scary to eat, a couple of times I came across rotten pieces of melon. The most terrible hotel. All the negative reviews are True!!!! We were from 19.10-28.10.2025. The rooms are just in disrepair. It was changed twice. Nothing helped. A beam fell on a child's head in a shower stall. Thank God, hospitalization was not required. There is no hot water! Sometimes a tiny trickle ran during the day. The hotel staff just shrugged their shoulders. There is no food. Or rather, 30 minutes after the start, it ends. No new food is being delivered. I had to constantly argue with the staff, because we were vacationing with the children. The rooms have not been cleaned once in 9 days!!!! No animation of any kind. In the evening, they just turned on the music and that's it. Only the sea saved. There are no sports equipment either. I had to buy a volleyball ball and organize my own animation!
