The second disadvantage is that there are not enough tables for dinner, the vacationers themselves occupy these tables, but appear closer to the end. The same is true on the beach, sun beds are occupied in the evening. We were satisfied with everything in terms of nutrition, a lot of fruits, different types of meat, vegetables. Drinking water in disposable cups, very convenient. Cleaning was done daily, linen was changed once a week. Entertainment programs in the evenings. The sensations of staying in hotels are twofold, but I definitely will not return to it. We had a vacation with our family (me, my husband, two sons aged 11 and 14) from June 10 to June 21, 2024. We flew by pegasus, the flight was delayed for 1.5 hours, they didn't even offer water on board, everything is paid. We arrived on time, we were at the hotels around 12. We put on bracelets, went to look around, had lunch and returned to check in at two. We had the usual standard in the voucher, they offered to pay an additional $ 60 for a family room. They refused to pay extra, and apparently in retaliation for this, we were first taken to one tiny three-bed room, then to another (3115) and promised an extra bed. An extra bed turned out to be a clamshell, later it turned out that a clamshell without two wheels of 4, respectively, constantly falls on one side or the other. For 7 days I went to the reception and asked to fix or replace the clamshell and each time I was promised to take measures, as a result, I took measures myself and immediately, putting a seat under the clamshell from a single rickety stool. I stayed at the hotel from 14.10.25 to 20.20.25. The hotel lacks repair staff to fix minor plumbing problems in the rooms and electrics. I don't think there are enough cleaners either. During the 6 days of rest, the floor was never washed, the towel was changed on the 5th day of stay, on the first day of stay there I found out that a man was poisoned in the dining room and he was urgently taken to the hospital. Nutrition (although it is difficult to call it nutrition, it is rather a foot food in a stable. I have never seen such horror anywhere before and I hope that I will never see it again. For meat dishes (chicken in all variations in the form of 2 dishes for one meal), a queue was formed for at least half an hour from poor people who wanted to eat at least something. There is no children's table as such. At the end of the vacation, my husband and I switched to one herb and vegetables, because it was not possible to eat their chicken brew. There is no animation, there is no service from the word at all. In a word, comrades, do not spoil your vacation with this hole)

The kitchen is also good, a wide range of different dishes - side dishes, hot dishes, grill menu, lots of vegetables and herbs. Tea and coffee at any time of the day (relevant after a night walk by the sea)) I also liked the staff, they are always ready to help with any question, up to where you can try good local cuisine and which places are worth going and which are not. The rooms are small, very cozy, if there are any problems, they are immediately eliminated. In the evenings, they arrange entertainment - contests, oriental dances and so on. We were in this hotel from 09/29/24 to 10/11/24. The hotel does not pull at all for 4 stars, at best I would put 2. The rooms are dead, the water was hot only during the day, the toilets barely flush (In the restaurant, I would call "dining room", if you do not come in the front rows you will get what's left, even the dishes for the first one, you need to wait until they wash, then there are no spoons, then forks. To drink good Turkish tea, you also need to have time, because then they just add water to the teapots, you drink like Krasnodar in the USSR, a shame for Turkey. If you want problems, then you are here, the rooms are terrible, the linen is old with holes, the plumbing does not work at all, the water is cold in both the rooms and the hammam, you can get into the hammam from 10 to 14, and then for a fee massage treatments are more expensive than in elite hamams, and the staff is so-so, the problem is listened to attentively, they agree, but they do not solve it.The owner of the hotel does not make contact either. Well, now the kitchen, not a restaurant, but just an off-site military field kitchen, if you couldn't get to the appointed time within 40 minutes, then you remain hungry, since everything ends before it starts and everywhere and they ask you to pay extra for everything. I do not know who writes positive reviews about this hotel, but there were a lot of dissatisfied guests here in the month of May. By the way, tour operators and tour agents do not solve these problems and no one is in a hurry to relocate you.

Thanks) I was at this hotel in early September with a friend and her daughter. We got to the hotel in the late afternoon. They settled us immediately, in wonderful rooms with sea views. The apartments are quite cozy, freshly renovated, wonderful beds, new air conditioners. Cleaning is daily. Of course, it's not every day that bed linen is changed, but it's enough to ask the young ladies who clean the rooms – and everything will be fine. I want to note that I have already lived in resorts in both "fours" and "fives", there is something to compare with. There were certainly more luxurious rooms, and the rooms were much worse. Even in the most expensive rooms, you can find flaws. But is it worth looking for? I was flying for another purpose) The sea, of course, is magnificent – clean, transparent, with calm the bottom of the buoys is visible. The hotel is not even on the first, but on the "zero" line – the beach is very close. As far as I observed, there were enough sun beds for everyone.There we "quartered" the whole vacation to our great pleasure – may my mothers forgive me! – away from the noisy kids. Sometimes, for a change, we swam in pools (the water is perfectly clean and without a chlorine smell). The beach is pebbly. For the first three days I endured not the most pleasant sensations, then I borrowed a friend's "coral", and life got better) However, there were few such "sissies" like me, the rest quite calmly overcame the "obstacle course" of pebbles and did not wince. There is only one bar, but it was quite enough (bartenders work very smartly): I watched a maximum of 5-6 people in the queue at the "hottest" time. Local spirits – gin, vodka, beer, wine, in all possible combinations. That was quite enough for us. The food did not disappoint me. Thanks to the chef - everything is always fresh. In one of the "fives" in which I rested, fresh vegetables, for example, were often treasured. There is no such thing here. Now, at home, I really miss the amount of greenery that is offered to guests at Elysium - a lot, different, fresh! There are a lot of baked or boiled vegetables – eggplants, zucchini, cabbage of at least three types, potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, etc., etc. Meat is mostly chicken. Quite often there was fish, turkey (at our last dinner there were, for example, grilled turkey steaks). Protein, if desired, can be easily obtained with all sorts of omelets and local cheeses. Side dishes are many and different. Of course, fruits and sweets (baklava is very tasty, thank you). The menu was not the same, there was something new every day. During the day, we threw all our energy into swimming, walking or excursions, so we did not always live up to animation. But what we saw is quite on the level. Foam discos, lots of contests, a Turkish evening with belly dancing, trips to the city to a nightclub – entertainment lovers were not bored. Personally, it was more interesting for me to go to the Old Town (we took a transfer at the hotel) and walk there without any guide. One of the warmest memories is an evening walk around Manavgat. Hotel guests pass by this town during the transfer, but "from the side" it does not impress as much as "from the inside". Very beautiful, original and hospitable. The guys from the hotel service are just wonderful. Most of them are young (the exception is probably only Ismail, the colorful "owner" of the beach and a part–time gardener), but all are very polite and helpful, and not for show, but simply because they are like that) I am very grateful to the staff who worked at the reception – they were always ready to meet me halfway. as is customary in Turkey, a small "present" from above in the form of exceptional and sincere hospitality)) Guys, you don't have to wait for affordable luxury services. I am very glad that this year my friend and I stayed at the Elysium)

Do not go to this hotel in any case! This bottom, for one star, was taken out only by the sea on the territory of the hotel. It is impossible to eat anything at all, the same thing every day, super tasteless, I had to eat only pasta with cucumbers all my vacation. From alcohol, sour wine and beer are like water. There is no animation, no entertainment. It is better to live in a tent at sea than in a hotel. The room for the 4th turned out to be for two, the shower is dirty, there is no hot water. From such an environment, everyone grabbed rotavirus. Sorry for the money and time spent!!!
