The horror! I have been vacationing in Turkey regularly since 1997, but I have not seen such deception yet. Maybe in 2004, when this hotel was built, it was at 4, but now it is the level of a roadside hotel somewhere in the steppes of Orenburg. There is a metal toilet in the floor with a flushing hose lowered into it (in the lobby). Sagging and shabby sofas have been in the lobby since 2004. The plumbing in the rooms is full of holes and broken. The hot water is only from 10-00 to 18-00, apparently because of how the water turns out to be heated in barrels on the roof (as throughout Turkey). There is practically no water pressure on the 4th floor. The bed linen and towels are semi-clean, the pillowcases are torn, they immediately paid the technicians 50 tugriks, so they came every day with cleaning and changing towels, the bed linen was changed 1 time in 10 days. The floors in the corridors and doors have probably not been washed since 2004. There really aren't enough sun beds on the beach for everyone, so I had to get up at 7 a.m. and borrow. Only 1 employee was seen on the territory, watering the grass, cutting trees, distributing sun beds on the beach, cleaning the territory, on the beach and near the pools, so you can guess what the order is there. The food is like all over Turkey, which gets boring on the 3rd day. Coffee was poured from one machine, so during rush hours it was necessary to stand in line. Tea bags instead of tea bags, as it should be in a hotel of this level, were brewed in a teapot, there was not enough for everyone, they had to come with their own tea for breakfast. About a third of the customers had enough mugs, the rest drank drinks from disposable cups with a volume of 100 ml. It's a shame that before the trip, when discussing the hotel in Pegasus Tourist, the manager did not even hint about such surprises. And anyway, usually after trips they call from the travel agency asking how everything went, if everything was okay, etc., and then silence...Of course, I'm not a Pegasus Tourist anymore.

An excellent boarding house, we went across the sea, and we got it. Yes, not everything in the rooms is super fresh, yes, the cleaning is superficial, even for a few bucks, but for a basic sleep / wash is quite enough. Hot water is indeed turned off at sunset, but this is a feature of many budget hotels. The sea is 2 minutes away. The sun beds are most often occupied, but they also lie perfectly on the sand. We rested there from 09/22/24 to 10/01/24, the weather is +31, the sea is warmer. The first line. The view is beautiful on the sea. The hotel, if we consider only how to sleep and change clothes, is passable. In general, we had a good rest, but there are a lot of disadvantages. Cons: the room was almost not cleaned, the whole room was broken (the chest of drawers was broken, wires were sticking out of the walls, one of the two rooms did not work), towels were changed for 4-5 days and then after two approaches to the reception with a request for replacement. There was always water in the shower (combined with the toilet) (the drain either did not work, or was not properly made in general). They didn't cook food for everyone, if you didn't get to the beginning, you won't get any dishes, but you won't stay hungry. The food is generally edible. The water slide did not always work, but at certain hours, out of the entire vacation, we got to it 3 times. The pool (even for children) was not particularly cleaned, but this did not stop the children. Fortunately, nothing serious was picked up there. Conclusion: if the budget is limited, then you can safely choose this hotel, but be prepared for some inconveniences.

We had a rest with a friend from May 11 to May 25. The hotel opened on the 8th. In Turkey for the 11th time, last year we were in a similar 4* in Konakli. For 2 weeks, we have never had our linen changed, the floor was washed 1 time, we took towels ourselves on the trolleys left by the maids in the corridor. About the hot water. Its absence or presence depends solely on the weather. If there is sun, there is hot water, if there is no sun, then there is no water. It follows that everyone has an invigorating cool shower in the morning. But, of course, our vacation was saved by 100 American rubles, given for a room with a sea view, in fact, the sea itself, the sun, the SPA, the divine hammam and massage, the animation guys who literally arranged entertainment out of thin air and very good staff. If the hotel had 1 owner, you can make such a "candy" out of it! In general, after 1.5 months, everything doesn't seem so sad anymore. It was still better than working!

Horror, horror, horror!!! Upon check-in, they say that there is a sewer break in your room, we will take you to another hotel, and as a result, there is a campsite nearby. To sit at the lunch table, you need to take a queue for 40 minutes. The plates are dirty, the appliances are dirty-they went to the toilet to wash themselves, and there are sooooo many ants in the rooms.There's a queue for chicken or hamburger at lunch and dinner, if you're late, you'll eat what's left in the morning.There are not enough sun beds, we came to the beach at 9,you won't find a sunbed anymore. The main motto of the hotel is "Booze, Rest." It's a long way to get around this hotel, if that's what you can call this place. If it was possible to put a minus 10, that's their score!!! The beach is large, spacious, sandy. There is a sauna, paid spa treatments. Aquashouses are not needed to enter the sea. The water temperature was +22 degrees, we were swimming. Animation for both children and adults. There are Russian-speaking animators. The rooms are small, the air conditioners work silently. There are many Russian TV channels. The food at the hotel is excellent! I would like to mention the chef of the restaurant separately: everything is very tasty and decorated! The restaurant and bar are very well organized! You can walk to the Migros store and once a week there is a market next to it (10-15 minutes). Not far from the hotel there are several rows of shops, a pharmacy.

The hotel is beautiful and green, the first line, from the airport it takes about 1:40 with a stop. Food is like everywhere else, you will not be hungry, on a fish day you can find shrimps or crabs with crayfish, mussels. The beach is sandy and pebbly, the sea was stormy periodically, but this did not spoil it: clear, azure, a pleasure. The only negative is the problems with check-in: apparently, the reception staff earn this way, saying that there are no available rooms of the right category, and they offer a view of the sea for an additional fee. As soon as you start demanding, it suddenly appears, we moved 2 times, from the second day at least we were able to accommodate things. Otherwise, the hotel just pulls on its 4 stars. Yes, repairs would not hurt in the buildings, but whoever goes across the sea and eats will get it. Plus, they pour it well at the bar, so everyone will find something. I'm not quibbling, I've been to better hotels, but here the green beauty and the azure sea captivate. For a budget vacation, that's the thing. The market is a 3-minute walk away, so there is a local store, but it is more expensive there. Ala Migros and others are a 10-minute walk away, stopping at Side on the way.

Is there shampoo/soap in the dispenser?? it ended the day before yesterday..by the way, there is nothing else from the soap-smearing there.. . The towels are all tired too, all stained.. Dirty dishes are often found in the dining room (I can't even call it a restaurant). In the morning, if you come later, you will drink tea and coffee from disposable cups. The reception smells, sorry, like a public toilet. The sewer system, I think, is tired too. I've never been in Turkish threesomes, but something tells me that this is exactly it... The only thing that saves the hotel is the sea and its close location... If you are thinking whether to take it or not, my advice to you is:Don't take it. There are no Turks. They treat it differently) And in general, I had such a great rest in it for everything! And I didn't even want to leave, although I had to spend money on coziness and comfort. In general, 100 euros was enough to make your stay more comfortable. So that everything does not happen badly, there is a bad mood!
