Very good memories, even thought it was only 4 days there, the view was awesome. Every time you wake up and you see the tall buildings and mountains with snow, just wow. Meals were good too, we had every comfort in the room. I wish the best of luck to this hotel!

Nice hotel, very pleasant, helpful staff. Apparently, there is a new, renovated lobby area, but the room stock needs renovation. A very tasty and rich breakfast buffet. The hotel's restaurant is also great!

I wanted to thank Manager Yuri! It was very nice to see such hospitality and warmth after a night flight from Moscow! The room was wonderful, there was everything you needed for a comfortable stay on a business trip. The breakfasts are delicious and hospitable in the Oriental way! Special thanks to the front desk team - they quickly settled in professionally and answered all questions. It's a pity that the business trip was short, just 3 days... I want to return to Almaty again and again! Thank you 🙏

I've stayed at this hotel several times, and I can't figure out if I like it or not. Sometimes there are wonderful breakfasts and wonderful guys, waiters and bartenders, who really make your working day easier. And sometimes there are incomprehensible conflicts at the reception or in the restaurant that just leave me at a loss. The rooms are ordinary, you should not count on serious comfort.

The rooms are not new, the furniture and carpet are well-worn. But! it's nice to be there. The linen is clean, everything works, bathrobes, slippers, hygiene products… Special thanks to the reception staff! We checked in a couple of hours earlier, and at the check-out we asked to be given one hour to get ready. All in all, very good impressions.

We stayed with my husband for 2 days. The hotel is tired, the room is decent, but very mediocre. There are no minimal cosmetic kits, thanks for having soap and shampoo. I had to ask for slippers and brushes. Cleaning standards. I really liked the fragrance for the rooms on the floor The staff is also very friendly! The girl in the coffee shop is very cute! Basically, it's okay to spend the night for 1-2 nights.

Nice hotel. But I especially love their breakfasts - they are varied and very tasty. A separate national table is especially pleasing - koumiss, shubat, baursaki, cut from kazy, zhent, yrymshyk, etc. And thank you so much for the cake in the room - it's very nice and delicious! An excellent hotel, better than many other international Holiday Inn hotels. Good rooms (especially on the 9th floor - executive or suites with circular glazing), clean, warm, bright, in good condition. A very good breakfast in the newly renovated restaurant, with an egg station (omelets and other things are prepared in your presence), a wide selection of dishes, including local Kazakh, international and Russian cuisine, very tasty. Conference hall and other meeting rooms (renovated in December 24).

The hotel seems to be starting to be updated. The lobby and restaurant are already more beautiful and modern. But there are a couple of big questions. Of course, the rooms are very tired. The souls are leaking and don't hold watering cans. Everything looks old. The most terrible Wi-Fi is very annoying. It is not clear why such a hotel in the largest city for the next 500 km is such a horror))) if someone wants to work from a number, it will be a dead number. In general, there are advantages: very attentive staff, good breakfasts, bottled water, a good lobby and bar. I stayed here several times during the season. Taking into account the diamond status, there have been upgrades and compliments, which is also encouraging. If I were the management, I would solve the Wi-Fi issue - since the hotel is not "beach" but more "business trip", this is probably important. Well, I added photos of a typical mess at breakfast - empty dishes and uncleaned tables. The hotel manager has recently changed here - I would say that it has already become noticeably worse.

Nice chain hotel in Almaty, 40 min. from the airport. Near the Forum shopping center, Park, TV tower, akimat. The highway is close to low traffic, quiet. The service is excellent, the rooms are cleaned and bed linen and bath accessories are changed upon request. The breakfasts are full-fledged, there are many different products for a healthy diet, and the variety of national delicacies pleases: kazy, kurt, yerimshik, koumiss, shubat, and baursaki. Lots of fruits, the coffee is quite tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful, there is a bar and a cafe.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The location is excellent, the shopping center is across the street, and the square is within walking distance, and from there you can walk anywhere with delicious coffee in Paul. The cleaning is average, I'll probably even clean half a star - the cup of unfinished tea was not cleaned after it had been standing for three days!!! I had to do it myself. Empty or slightly unfinished coffee glasses are also not thrown away. Perhaps there is some kind of hotel feature in this. A change of linen and towels is standard, if you ask (a towel on the floor, and a card on the linen), they will change, and so probably once every three days. The rooms were normal, but the last 401st had a worn carpet (minus half a star) and there was no heating in the room. Since we like to sleep in the cold, we did not change because the previous room was changed from the 8th floor because it was very hot and stuffy and the temperature was not regulated. The food is delicious.

The hotel is not bad, the staff is sociable and friendly. The room I was in was going out to the construction site, work was starting in the morning, the jackhammer was banging, it didn't really bother me. The window was poorly sealed, and there was a strong chill coming from it. When I turned on the hot water, it turned orange :) I leaked a bit and everything returned to normal. There is a buffet for breakfast, plenty of food for every taste 👍🏻 In general, it's fine.

I love the Holiday Inn chain for its high quality standards. You can get dirty, pay for breakfast and be sure that everything will go according to the highest standard. The rooms are clean, fresh bed, lots of bath accessories, delicious breakfast, open and friendly staff. I definitely recommend it!

I have known this hotel since 2015. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. Let's start with the pros: polite staff, well done!!!! Reception, bar, breakfasts - they go out of their way to help and please, well done. The first difficulty is cleaning: the signs do not work, no one is interested in what needs to be cleaned. After 3 hours and repeated requests, they were removed. Next: the inventory in the room broke, it was replaced only on the second attempt. Third: the TV turned off, the TV as a whole stopped working. I called, made a request, promised to come - 20 minutes later I found out at the reception that after the eviction, 12 hours later, they would deal with this problem (do what you want !!!!). Fourth: the walls in the room were painted the day before and the paint did not dry, I had to breathe it all three days. There is only one conclusion: chain hotels have lost their level of service and are losing out on price!!!! Pay attention to this when choosing a hotel : price / quality!!!

I don't advise anyone to stay here. Just an overnight stay, you might say. The price does not match the quality in any way. The TV is not working in the room. In the toilet, the water does not stop after flushing. The staff did not respond to my comments on these issues. For two and a half days, nothing has been eliminated, a very modest choice of food. Water for drinking in the room will have to be collected in a carafe in the hotel corridor.
