My score is 4.5 and here's why: The hotel is super for your money. They cleaned it every day. The staff is friendly. The water in the room was updated every day I don't know how the food is, I haven't used it. I attach a photo of the room (but it is before departure) For what I take 0.5? The situation is as follows, a 2-seater + child has been issued. Upon check-in, they said that everything was OK. As a result, there is no extra bed. There are only slippers. There is only one toothbrush. I had to bother the cleaning lady. The location is also fine, there is a huge shopping center nearby where there are many restaurants, a cinema and entertainment. I would stay again because I was in 3 hotels and the price-quality = 5.

The girl at the reception couldn't find the reservation. I had to call the agency. I was held at the reception desk for more than an hour. At almost one o'clock in the morning, they took me to check in and decided to make me an "upgrade": put me in some kind of junior suite. It turned out that the temperature in it is comparable to that of the street. I was really cold in my jacket. As a result, they settled in an ordinary room, but it was relatively warm. As a result of all the twists and turns, I managed to sleep for 5 hours. The food, the level of equipment of the rooms, the hotel draws 3 stars with a minus :) But it will do for one or two nights

But the check-in was difficult, we had several people come in at once in the evening, at first they didn't put us in at all, there were problems with the system, then one colleague was given a key to someone else's room, she opened it, and there were people there. I had to wait for a suite for another colleague, as the suite was not ready. So the work of the reception desk as a whole is somewhat lame. And sooo weak wi-fi in the hotel. The signal in the room is very bad, it's kind of undulating, it's impossible to work normally. There is not enough signal even to send video via WhatsApp, it took 10 attempts. The room is clean. Kettle, water, iron, board, safe. There is no bathrobe in the room. There are slippers, toothbrushes and soap. The bed and pillows are comfortable. For some reason, the air conditioner only works for heat, so I had to open the window.
