The location itself is good - the old town, parks and shopping centers are nearby, however, from the point of view of traffic, the situation is not very good - there is a traffic jam here, during rush hours you can get to 10-20 minutes of jostling with the suffocating exhaust of not always new cars of this wonderful city. There is no sauna in the hotel, the breakfasts are for 3, the coffee for breakfast is frankly bad, and the bar is just below average. Otherwise, everything is fine. Honestly, I'm shocked, for a broken tooth, a compliment from the boss, there are no words. I wrote to the hotel's email, 0 replies. This is such a hotel and such an attitude towards the client.

Almost any hotel in Europe for 50 euros provides a much higher level of service and the quality of the room itself, except for the size of the room: the windows do not close tightly, the light bulbs are not lit everywhere, the taps also work it is unclear how. An expensive breakfast, about 10 euros, a wide but monotonous range of products, the same thing every day. Friendly staff. Before the early morning departure, I asked if it would be possible to have breakfast. They said that the bar is open for breakfast from 4 a.m. For breakfast there were yoghurts, croissants, tea, water and all this for 10 euros. The restaurant is also expensive and has a small selection of dishes. Everything is delicious, but also does not match the stated price. In general, everything is relatively good, but it should cost at least 1.5 times cheaper.

Terrible hotel! I do not recommend it to anyone categorically! They settled us for 1.5 hours, everyone referred to the system being frozen. The reception staff is slower than the slow one. The keys to the room were given by the evening of the next day only. I paid in cash for coffee at the bar and for dinner in the room, and then on departure included it in the bill and tried to re-take the money. So if you haven't saved the receipts, then they try to charge you twice. The sound insulation in the room is poor. The breakfasts are excellent - this is the only thing that can be attributed to the advantages of this hotel. Neither my colleagues nor I will ever cross the threshold of this flophouse again, there is no other way to call this institution. The hotel in Almaty is just a shame for this chain!

The rooms are cozy, even the standard room is pleasant, but the sound insulation from the windows is not ice. You can hear everything that happens on the street. It blows from the window, only to escape with curtains. There are guards for the furniture. The receptionists are respectful, smiling. Breakfast is quite normal. Chemical cleaning and cleaning services are generally terrible at prices. It costs several thousand tenge to iron a T-shirt. I do not understand where such prices come from or the payment for ironing is piecework. Soap is not very like a stone. The cheapest shampoo doesn't even foam. Shower gel is put on different every day, not by a company. They didn't give me slippers in the room for the 6 days that I lived there. There are no slippers and the toilet is tiled and the carpet is suspiciously dirty. The mini bar is also expensive, 0.5 tassai 1200 tenge. Even with a retail purchase with VAT, it is not worth this amount. I liked the location of the hotel.
