Awful. I have been servicing the settlement account for the sole proprietor for 3+ months. Something is constantly not working, then transfers hang for several days, then conversion does not work, support in telegram does not respond earlier than in a day, you can dial by phone for an hour. Until you come to the bank with your feet, the transfer from the sole proprietor's account will not take place.
On Friday morning, I sent a transfer and converted the currency. It's one o'clock on Monday afternoon, operations are still hanging.
It also happened several times for the whole day that the card simply did not work, I tried to pay in several places, when entering the pin code, it gave the error "wrong pin code"

Пару лет назад все работали отлично, но после карантина все сильно изменилось. И если у кого-то в хорошую сторону, то капитал банк начал падать вниз. Отвратительная система распределения клиентов к специалистам: одни зашиваются и не успевают приниматьч другие гуляют от одного кабинета к другому. Персонал полностью сменился и почти не осталось нормальных и грамотных людей. Некоторые из них грубы и не могут решить элементарного. Система постоянно слетает, люди по 2-3 часа в очереди просто чтобы поменять валюту.
Стоит задуматься банку и улучшить свою работоспособность.

Нерезидентам Узбекистана есть возможность открыть узкард в Капитал банке, только после открытия одной из из четырех карт виза/мастеркард на выбор. Что я и сделал. Визу голд ( не премиальных карт на выбор не было) я быстро заказал через приложение, и через сутки ее получил. Сразу же 29 декабря, я пошел в банк, отстоял приличную очередь, заполнил анкеты, оплатил комиссию в кассе, и получил рекомендацию прибыть в банк с 4 по 6 января, что бы получить карту на руки. Придя 4 января, получил у работника банка ответ, что моя карта не готова. Решил, что бы все было наверняка, зайти за картой 6 числа. Подойдя к сотрудникам, выяснилось, что карта не будет готова в принципе, т.к. система отправила запрос на изготовление карты, не запросив мой ПИНФЛ. А следовательно карты мне не видать в обещанное, крайнее 6 число, что мне не подходит, т.к. именно в этот день, я улетаю в командировку минимум на месяц, и я рассчитывал на свою карту. Для получения (повторного заказа) карты, я должен снова брать номерок к оператору и возможно снова стоять очередь, а потом снова идти в банк за картой. Ставлю три балла в своем отзыве, а не один. Так как не вижу здесь вины сотрудников. Сотрудники были весьма вежливы. Надеюсь, что мой отзыв позволит айти сотрудникам банка внести корректировку в проверку заполненности полей с данными клиента, и впредь недопустить отправку анкеты с незаполненными полями.
