The work of Kapitalbank's single branch on Sayilgof St. was impressive in its scope. The flow of people does not stop all day (it so happened that I spent it at the bank), especially a lot of customers gathered before closing. And everyone was served safely. There are many windows and operators, but there are many more visitors. There are enough places to wait for an electronic queue, although the seats around the perimeter of the entire hall are invariably occupied. Specialists are correct, respectful and patient in dealing with clients, they solve issues competently, they communicate information about banking products clearly and clearly, and they process documents fairly quickly. If an error had not crept in when printing the card (no one canceled the human factor), all the cards would have been ready within 40 minutes, as promised by "my" Anwar, the smiling and friendly young man from window 1. This speed of services does credit to the organization. And the non-stop work of the staff on the banking conveyor is respected.

I am completely satisfied with the quality and speed of service at this branch of the bank. Very polite staff. A comfortable temperature inside, there is a toilet for visitors. My question about getting a bank card was resolved within an hour, all the documents were processed and the cards themselves were made! While we were processing the documents, the bank manager told me about several interesting places that I added to my travel itinerary! I was very satisfied! I recommend it!

It's a great department. I recommend coming in the morning (for the opening) - there are fewer people. Surprisingly, there is a queue after lunch (on a business day). The staff is attentive and maximally interested in solving the issue. This bank also had the best exchange rate during the trip (June 2025).

Having arrived as tourists, we decided to issue bank cards in Uzbekistan to pay for purchases abroad. Three banks were bypassed. A nice, beautiful bank. The interior is clean, the staff is polite. There are sofas for those waiting in line, the air conditioners are working. My problem with the card being blocked due to a forgotten pincode was solved quickly, recoded and sent to God. 😁😁 One disadvantage is that it is far from the metro and bus stops. It's a long way to go. And you can't drive up by car, because the street is pedestrian. 🤷‍♀️

I received my Visa card for the first time in June 2022, and I came to reissue it in September 2025. If I had any questions, I emailed customer support for 3 years, and I received answers quickly and to the point. When traveling abroad, the card worked. When the card was reissued, everything went quickly, and the new cards were ready within an hour. Prior to that, I received instructions in my correspondence on what documents were needed. These are Uzbek PINFL (personal identification number of an individual), registration from the hotel, passport, Uzbek phone number. The PINFL was received at the Uzbek Embassy in Moscow. I know that you can get it in the analogue of our MFC in Tashkent. But it was more comfortable to go with a ready-made PINFL. I got the registration at the hotel quickly. There is a Beeline near the Kapitalbank branch, where you can buy a SIM card and a roaming tariff. There should already be a PINFL for a permanent SIM card. The staff at Kapitalbank were polite, explained everything diligently, and there was a clear desire to help. I was in one of the central offices on Matbuotchilar Street in Tashkent. The cards are now issued for 5 years. There are fewer visitors in the department in the morning.

A decent bank. A competent mobile application, kind, competent and friendly staff. I take off one star for a system failure, when one of the days the ATMs did not work to accept currency, it was a day off and the problem was systemic. A call to the support service did not solve the problem, they only listened and recorded my appeal. As it is, the bank is very customer-oriented, I recommend it.

Well, I think maybe it's different here. And you know, it's really different. Just not in that direction. I went to open a Visa card. There are a lot of people, like at an iPhone sale, and there are also a lot of employees, but they work at such a fast pace, as if each movement is paid for separately. After an hour (!) of waiting, I was happily informed that I had to wait another half hour for the card. Apparently, it is hand-carved from gold. When I finally got the card, I filled up my account. The money, as usual, has gone into a parallel reality. An hour later, silence. Four minutes later, it's still quiet. Calls to support? Oh, yes, it's all classic: "Sorry, dear customer, we'll definitely figure it out." Probably someday. In the next life. Bottom line: if you like to stand in queues, train your patience, and gain experience with polite but completely useless operators— Capital Bank is your choice. And if you value your time and money... well, you get the idea.

The son received an Uzbek card at a branch near the Mirabad bazaar. There were people sitting in the 26th window who did not give the card for 15 minutes and did nothing. When I went to the bank after 20 minutes of waiting, asked my son about the reasons for waiting, he pointed to the window where two guys were just sitting. The son thought that it would take time for registration. I go to the window and ask about the map. They call my son's last name, then they sit for 2 minutes for the sake of appearances, and then they open the drawer and immediately give the card back. Apparently someone's kids decided to relax and spoiled the image of the bank, whose services I have been using for several years. It's a pity that the quality of service has dropped so much.

But what is happening in the service of legal entities is a nightmare. It was necessary to close the account. They said on the phone that they needed a certificate of absence of debt from the tax service. There are no problems, I ordered, I arrived at the department. From office to office, they don't know who is doing what. Then they said that my certificate was suitable. To the logical question, "which one do you need? What form is it?" The answer was "the same, but different." They can't explain the procedure, there are 4 people in front of me and everyone says their own thing. She asked me to write clearly what documents are needed to close the account, they say "we can't - bank secrecy". In a word: bring something, I don't know what, take it there, I don't know where. Dear bank managers, please instruct your employees about such basic things. Or simply make a memo about which documents are needed for which case

The review does not apply to a specific offline branch, but to the company as a whole. I opened a deposit through the mobile application, $4,500 was not credited to the deposit, but it was not returned to the account. The next day, I called and wrote to the bank to make an application and return the funds to the account. The application was submitted. Today, 2 weeks have passed since the money was lost (more than 1 million amounts were spent on calls, roaming charges, and letters in the mail stopped responding at some point (there has been no response since Friday 11.04). Phone support suggests waiting and calling "tomorrow" without giving a deadline for solutions, because as it turned out, the problem is on the side of the "payment system". As a result, the idea of "opening a deposit" in this bank turned out to be only temporary, financial losses, and it is unclear when the $4,500 that was earned for more than one month will be returned. The complaint to the "chairman of the management board" via the website was processed and closed in 1 second without the opportunity to respond to the final decision, which looked like a mailing list that did not accept response letters and a text like "Thank you for contacting, have you been contacted?"

I was on the issue of swift translation - the operator was clearly confused, after a couple of employees they were able to contact the responsible executors and more or less resolve the issue. In general, the competence of ordinary employees is not high - only the simplest issues are solved (card issuance, loan processing, etc.), if something more complicated like swift or give a list of your bank accounts and addresses of current correspondent banks, it is better to immediately ask for responsible employees
