For example, this time both we and colleagues who arrived for the first time were given two-room suites instead of Deluxe rooms. Thanks! Two years ago, we took a hotel bus to Ajman City Center. Now every day - to the Dubai Mall. At 14.45. there, at 21.00 back. We have no luck with the weather yet. At first it was cold and stormy. Four days... Today, it seems, the weather should have already improved. But if the sea is even a little stormy, they won't let you swim. I understand that safety is above all, but the waves are ridiculous. For this, of course, I will not minus the hotel. I would put a small minus for the operation of air conditioners in the restaurant. It really blows away. So it's cold, and there's a frost. But when you ask to turn down the wind turbine, they turn it down. But what left a solid negative is the service that is offered at the hotel and on the beach - a free trip to the fur and leather store. You should be taken there and back for free, even if you don't buy anything. But... Of our 6 people, no one bought anything there. Then we were taken to some subway (they promised to go to the store where we were supposed to buy a phone), the driver muttered something in his own language, waved his hand to the side and left. About 10 Hindus immediately jumped up to us, and everyone was calling to their store. Stupefied, we tried to contact Olga, who sent us on this shopping tour, but alas... We returned to the hotel by taxi. In general, I do not advise anyone to go to these stores! Lost time and money. The price tags in the leather store were taken off the bush. The quality of the product is, of course, good, but it's not worth it. And nerves? You will not return it! Then, as it turned out, they had to take them to the gold store. And no one is interested in whether you need to go there or not. And they didn't tell us anything about him at all. The hotel, of course, has nothing to do with it. The dealers just rent a place from them. My advice: no, no and no.

We had a rest in June 2024. A very nice hotel. Our room was newly renovated, overlooking the sea. Air conditioning, microwave, iron, refrigerator, everything worked. Hot water at any time of the day, no problem. The food is very good, the hotel staff is polite and friendly. We had half board (HB), we thought we would go hungry, in fact breakfast and dinner were quite enough, but we like to eat a lot and tasty. The sea is nearby through a pedestrian crossing. The hotel's beach was crowded, but there were plenty of sun beds, even in the shade. At the moment, the embankment is being built, special equipment is working around the clock, it did not interfere with us. Unfortunately, it was not possible to see the beautiful sea, the sea is cloudy. There is a shopping center Lulu, an analogue of our Auchan, not far from the hotel. You can buy everything in Lulu, I recommend going there in the morning or afternoon when there are not so many people. And from the balcony you can watch stunning sunsets. We were satisfied with this hotel.

I stayed at the hotel from December 4 to December 11, 2023. I definitely recommend the hotel. Room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels daily, the staff is friendly, the buffet is excellent , we had breakfasts and dinners and it was more than enough, lunch would be superfluous. Our room was standard, ordinary, without a balcony, the bathroom smelled of sewage. For those who are light sleepers, take earplugs, otherwise prayer at 5 in the morning does not let you sleep. The neighbors at the hotel were looking for an alcohol market - they did not find it, but we know that somewhere it is not far away.

If we had any questions at the reception, the guys quickly solved everything. We liked this hotel, we plan to come from November to December 2024 to rest again!!!!

The Ramada hotel is not new. But everything is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and courteous. My bathroom sink leaked while I was at breakfast. As stated at the reception, they immediately came and did everything. The restaurant and the food are great! However, it's two hours from the airport in Dubai. But it's worth it in all respects! For the first time they settled in a new building, everything was fine: a clean, cozy room, everything is great. There were always some jokes with the air conditioner, then it blows, then it doesn't blow, then it's icy, then it's not at the same parameters. The windows of the balcony were sweating mercilessly, you could draw on them. The food is pretty monotonous, although you won't stay hungry. And you have to watch the sharpness of the dishes very carefully. The chefs are Hindus (or Pakistanis), for them the concept of spicy is not like ours. The beach is cleaned regularly and very efficiently, you can see crabs and collect shells. Towels are always fresh. There are not always places (the beach is designed for 3 hotels). There are drinks on the beach, but not for free (depends on the type of food you choose). There is NO alcohol in the hotel. Generally. But there is an alcohol market a couple of km away. There is a swimming pool, but it is small. Swimming in the heat and refreshing yourself in the heat is the very thing. No matter how I tried to fight, but the air conditioning in the lobby is always at +18. So coming in from the beach after + 40, you can freeze so badly, be careful. In general, there was a very good impression of the hotel, the service is at a good level, everything is transparent and adequate. They speak Russian at the reception, there are no problems
