We had a family vacation from August 26th to September 1st, 2023.

The Hemingway restaurant, where the guests' meals take place, has panoramic windows overlooking the sea, the view is fantastic! this view is covered with tulle, when I pushed the tulle aside to enjoy the view over a cup of coffee, an aunt came, pulled the curtain and said that it was NOT ALLOWED!

We rested from 27.10 to 5.11. I read a lot about rotovirus in this hotel, BUT I could not even think that it would affect us (and ALL vacationers, without exception) almost in November! All the vacationers had one problem: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. There were no people in the pool, in the bathhouse. Everyone in the rooms "hugged" with toilets. I had all the symptoms gone in a day, my daughter was in her arms (the hospital is a 5-minute walk away) carried to the hospital to do the system.
The rest is ruined. There is no desire to return.
And in general, it is not a bad hotel. Nice room, well-groomed territory, 2 clean outdoor pools, sauna + indoor pool. The sea is just around the corner.

The dining room is very good for a dining room level, but not a buffet restaurant.
The restaurant - menu is shorter, the working hours are from 10 to 00, but at the same time they can close at 20-30, because there are no visitors! But where would they come from with such an approach. I asked to cook American - they refused, because the bartender left, and the waiter does not know how to cook with a carob coffee machine, but can only make coffee in an oriental way. According to the bar card, you should not order, but immediately ask what to eat from drinks and then make a decision to drink or not to drink.

We rested at Alex at the end of April 2023 in building 1 on the 4th floor, met us friendly, a welcome glass of wine while waiting for the room, checked us in until 14 o'clock. The room is spacious with panoramic windows on the mountains, the view is amazing from the window, there were bathrobes and slippers in the room, daily drinking water, clean towels always, room cleaning is at the highest level, the staff is smiling, they fed us according to the "Swedish" system, everything is always fresh and delicious, the food is varied, although there are few fruits, there were only oranges and apples, but they are all peeled from seeds and cut into slices, I really liked it, while I finish my review, I will say one thing, do not hesitate, go, we will definitely come back!!!

The most honest review guys! I want to tell you how our vacation went! I can't help but share my negative experience. Most likely, like all vacationers who read reviews of this hotel, they hoped that we would definitely get carried away and we would not get sick ! We rested for 2 weeks , stopped by , settled in quickly, there were no problems. We went to dinner, and the next day HELL broke loose!!!! Nausea, vomiting, terrible diarrhea, fever, etc. It's hard to say what's going on there, the locals said it's a virus in the air! Since June !!! Everyone who lived in this hotel went just no one, who, after an IV, someone lay in the room for 4/5 days and was sick, someone, even in the elevator, became ill after the dining room, and vomited right there!!!! You saw the shock with your own eyes!!! It's nothing to say! There are no questions about the service, it was cleaned well. So, now about the buffet: the food is ordinary, the food is bad for that kind of money (I think the price tag is too high, and does not correspond to the status of the hotel! One more thing, on the way to the dining room, the sewer was flowing right near the entrance ! For 4 days it just flowed shit 😵💫A question? Where are the hotel managers looking? Why is this attitude towards hotel guests?! Apparently, no one cares....in general, as you know, I strongly do not recommend this hotel! Consider other options, do not spoil your vacation!

There is an ultrasound room, a professional doctor, a Thai masseuse, I recommend it. The boarding house is distinguished by its impeccable cleanliness! This is where all the advantages end. I do not recommend it. We went in the first half of August 2023. The beach is located next to the sewage drain, and because of the concrete barriers 10 meters from the shore, all the dirt remains near the shore. Because of this, the whole family caught rotovirus. The management of the hotel does not follow anything. The laundry machine and the elevator broke down, the elevator was not repaired during the 10 days of vacation and there were no alternatives for washing. Terrible plumbing and dirty water. 1.5 liters of water for 2 people per day and a 2-course buffet - that's all the food in this hotel.
It is very difficult to have a good rest when a hotel cannot cover even basic needs for such money. Shame
