We took all inclusive package for 2 nights. The food quality specially the one of the pool side was the worst. It was worse than 6 aed burger we buy at the cafeteria outside. I won't recommend anyone to buy all inclusive deals.

The cuisine is diverse, everything is delicious, I miss it very much when I returned to Russia, the drinks are also very tasty, especially the pinacolada, which I drank day and night. The evening programs are very interesting, especially, the dancers are cool and came up with interesting numbers. When checking in, the room is given not the one you ordered, but a simpler one (it happened to me, maybe not everyone has it that way). They change it without problems and surcharges (I had reasonable demands). The rooms are good, they clean normally. They don't report chemicals and all sorts of things, you have to ask, I haven't seen toothbrushes at all, they are also on request, but I have no complaints, I go with my own. They don't give you lunch boxes if you're going somewhere. At the reception, every second person speaks Russian. In restaurants, drinks are offered only to foreigners, all Russians are ignored, and only through a request can you get drinks on the table. Lots of kids. There are recreation areas without children - I can't imagine how quiet it is there :), I was on vacation with a child. On the beach, no matter what time you come, everything is occupied, or there are places under the scorching sun in the form of one chaise longue ... towels are not cleaned, as promised, after half an hour. Pools have the same thing. In the evening, they just go around collecting stale towels from the sun beds and closing umbrellas. The territory is not super big, but there is a place to walk. I liked the presence of two scenes - it was interesting to watch the show everywhere. The kitchen is excellent. The sea and shore are excellent. Overall, I am happy with my stay in this place. To eat, you need to stand in line, which starts from the street and stretches for many meters in the restaurant. Cutlery is in sufficient quantity, there are few seats. There is also a queue for food, although there is a lot of food and varied. There are also queues at the beach for drinks. Sun beds on the beach are difficult to occupy, at 9 everything is already occupied. I think the hotel has too much occupancy. We had a late check-out, but the room was extended only until 13.00 and lunch is no longer included, even coffee at the reception after 12.00 is already for a fee on the day of check-out. The lunch surcharge is substantial on the day of departure. We paid for ultra all inclusive, but alcohol is included in the usual inexpensive, simple cocktails, normal alcohol for an additional fee.payment. I was traveling heavily , because I read the latest reviews that the hotel was ruined, and the rooms were bad , and on the day of departure after 12.00 you were kicked out of the hotel , but everything is in order . We flew Fly Dubai, we were fed modestly 1 course. We arrived at the hotel at about 11.30, they said the room would be ready by 15.00, but you can go to the spa before getting dressed and use everything) We found burgers and fries by the slides , ate enough and went to the sea and skipped lunch. In the end, they said you can have a snack in the meat Alaska. ROOM - they gave us already at 13.30-14.00 - without money, without everything, we were given a 2-room room in the Marmar building ( to parents too ) there are renovated rooms there, by the way . We had a + balcony. We were very pleasantly surprised. 🥰 The FOOD is very decent! The children are well fed, and the adults too - there is always meat, fish, and chicken to choose from. There are often shrimp, a lot of pasta, an Indian table , all kinds of dishes from the chef, and so on.. ice cream for lunch and dinner . The Lobby has delicious smoothies, milkshakes, coffee, etc.. I didn't really like the main Isla bar, they make very strong cocktails and do everything differently.. The Infinity zone tastes better and the sports bar is good! The sea is ideal for children, shallow, sandy, but very salty (it seems to me saltier than the Mediterranean) there are sooo many children in the hotel! In general, I will say this about this situation - yes, it is unpleasant, but we were not abandoned, on the contrary, they surrounded us with care and attention. The rooms are bright and spacious. Yes, the furniture is patched up somewhere, it's not critical. The food is varied for adults, seafood and meat are always available (there was even scallop and beef Wellington). It's controversial for children, there's a lot of deep-frying or just boiled. Fruits are fresh, ripe, pineapples are just top. The cocktails are delicious, I've never had a hangover. There are many pools, you really have to go early in the morning to take a sun lounger on the beach, everything is free near the pools. The sand is white, the descent is smooth, the bay is clean, there are no waves. Animation from 5 years old is super in general. The kids' club is normal (there is a room with a playstation), the playground is also ok. Of the cons : - we had a room with a sea view and a balcony, it was very loud in the evenings in the room. Surprisingly, the child fell asleep quickly. - sour smell. We still haven't figured out the reason for where he came from. The first few days it didn't smell so noticeable, but on the last evening we just couldn't stay on the balcony, the stench was very strong. It's like they're recycling garbage somewhere. Because of this, only 4 stars. I understand that the hotel has nothing to do with it, but I wouldn't fly into such smells a second time. I advise you to take a transfer through a guide to Dubai and see all the familiar sights in one day. We gave 40 thousand rubles for three people (2 adults + a child). We are on proper nutrition (PP), and this was unexpected for us. an excellent choice — healthy, varied and without harm to the figure. Sports: there are a lot of programs: yoga, stretching, cycling, etc. Everyone will find something to do from 9 to 17 , There is a basketball court and a tennis court. Bottom line: RIXOS is a hotel where everything is thought out for a comfortable and eventful stay. We definitely recommend it ! A bathrobe will be provided upon request. There is a lot of staff in this hotel, any request is fulfilled instantly. The beach is gorgeous , white shell sand , does not heat up in the heat . Animation 🫶🏼 we enjoyed going to both children 's and adult performances . We will definitely come back! For older children, there are water slides and a tennis court, free of charge by appointment.
