The hotel is great! The staff is very polite and attentive. The food is plentiful and varied, new dishes were constantly added, everything is very tasty! There was plenty of room on the beach, beach towels could be taken at the beginning of the eighth, maybe earlier. There are always concerts for adults and children. Live music at different venues. I was with two children at the end of November 2025. The rooms in the buildings that have been renovated are excellent. If something is wrong in the room, they change the room without any problems, they changed it to Junior+ from a regular two-room room with no extra charges, although they were only with two children. The food and the beach are fine, but the smell throughout the hotel in the evenings and at night is a nightmare and a horror (it smells of manure mixed with ammonia). It turns out that a mineral factory was recently built and launched nearby. Fertilizers. When the heat subsides, something happens at this factory, and the smell drags along the entire coast. In ten days, he was gone for only two evenings, and then the wind probably changed. Even in this hotel, the function worked early if you missed a meal, say lunch or dinner, went on excursions, for example, and you were not at the hotel, you could calmly go to lunch or dinner at a late departure after check-out, telling the manager that you had previously missed meals. Now no, pay 100 dirhams per adult and 50 dirhams per child if you want to eat before departure. Even coffee and juices at the reception after the eviction for money. Another very expensive taxi, if you go from Dubai mall to Ras al Khaimah is still tolerable, according to the meter, it will be 400-450 dirhams, if you go from the hotel to Dubai, pay at least 800. I'm writing a review directly from the hotel! The beach is clean, the entrance is shallow, the water is clear, the sand is white, fine, but not "flour", the food is varied. Cleaning often happens in the evening, when you already come to dinner to change clothes from the beach- it's not very convenient. They didn't clean up at all once. The staff is very slow, if something is needed, it is better to go down to the reception immediately than to wait for the request made by phone to be fulfilled. And now the most important thing: indeed, in the evenings (especially) or in the mornings, when the wind blows from the north, from the desert, mountains, Ras al-Khaimah, not from the gulf, there is a terrible stench of garbage. The staff clarified. In fact, there is a huge urban dump in the desert, with which no one can do anything.. GUARD! We just ran away from a children's disco today!

We stayed at this hotel three times, and each time our impression became less and less positive. Unfortunately, the number of vacationers is increasing, and the attention to guests from the staff, on the contrary, is decreasing. Pros: the sea is really good, and it certainly pleases. However, the territory of the hotel is quite small, and there is practically nowhere to go beyond it. This creates a sense of isolation. Dubai is an hour away. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but I don't want to go back anymore.

Why 4ka, the beach - there are not enough sun beds, if you come at 9 a.m. there are no places, but there is a lot of sand and you can lie down on a towel. On the 4th day of arrival, the smell on the territory was like from a garbage dump (the staff explained this to irrigation from flies, etc. - through channeling). The hotel itself is good, there is everything to keep children occupied, animation, aquagrim, consoles, and a cultural program for adults is also more than enough.

The hotel is large with a first coastline. The beach is clean, there are no waves in the sea. The territory is large and there are pools of different depths. The service is excellent. We stayed at the hotel in September, the season has not started yet. This is not the first time in rixos, there is something to compare it with. They settled in earlier than the scheduled time, but this is the norm in all Rixos. For some reason, alcohol has been in the lobby bar since 18 o'clock. They pour it in the bar right there on the street, but not in the lobby. Upon arrival, I had to go for welcome champagne in the heat. The food was decent, the queues at the entrance to the restaurant were not noticed (perhaps they did not come with the majority of people), it was convenient that they were escorted from the entrance to the empty tables. If you are waiting, as in Turkey, for a glass of sparkling wine in a restaurant for breakfast - alas, this will not happen, this is not Antalya. The room was given a peculiar one, instead of a connected family with two rooms, they settled on the 1st floor in a room with 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a living-dining room. One of the disadvantages of the room was that there was a slight unpleasant odor in the living-dining room, similar to sewage, the source could not be localized. I didn't have the energy to change my room and sort things out after a night flight. I had to keep the doors to the balcony half open. There were no drying devices on the loggia, and there was nothing on the loggia at all - only a single string above the bathtub in one bathroom. And no requests at the reception to bring chairs to the loggia led to anything - either they promised to bring and did not bring anything, or they said that there were no chairs for balconies in the hotel. And there are such chairs in the next room, because they were bought by the animators who lived there - some kind of nonsense. Another thing that I didn't like - and this is the first time in all my trips to Rixos - was that my wife wasn't congratulated on her birthday at the restaurant, although the reception promised to do so and we saw that others were congratulated. We only had a cake on the room table. Why this attitude is unclear. And yes, this is the only Riksos where they did not respond to an email request before arrival. Actually, these are all negative points. There were plenty of sun beds, the sea was warm, and the pools were cooler. High-quality alcohol. The evening entertainment was decent - sometimes there were 2 shows per evening. The artists are regular every day, not visitors, but they know their business, we liked it. Unfortunately, we didn't see any information anywhere about what time the piano (or the violin or the cello) is played in the lobby. Will we come back again - maybe yes. Or let's look towards other hotels of this chain.

It's a great place, one of the best in the region. The rooms are generally good. I really like the format of restaurants where you can have lunch or dinner. The entertainment area is balanced for both children and adults. Super beach! Amazing lobby with great coffee😃

We visited this hotel in July 2025. The first thing I want to say is that the name RIXOS is too loud for this hotel. I would say an ordinary 5k. From the pros: food (seafood every day, ice cream, smoothies, milkshakes, dragonfruit, watermelons, etc.) From the cons: The area is not very green, the lobby and rooms are simpler than I expected, again compared to other hotels. A HUGE disadvantage: only breakfast is included on the day of departure. To have lunch, you need to pay 100 dirhams for 1 person (this is 2200r). We had a flight at 11 p.m. To extend the room until 18.00, you had to pay 170$! Nothing could be taken out of the dining room. Drinks at the lobby bar are also charged. I've never seen anything like this, honestly... We always took as much food as we thought was necessary. And the icing on the cake: excursions are 2 times more expensive than in all other hotels. We found inexpensive excursions to the Al Hamra shopping center. By comparison, an excursion to Dubai at the hotel costs $ 125, and at the shopping center 50... A buggy at the hotel costs $ 100, and at the shopping center it costs $ 60. To be honest, I don't understand how you can pay 500+ thousand for this hotel for two people... We went there for 286 tr. for three people in 10 days, and in my opinion, this is a red price for this hotel... If I went to the UAE next time, it definitely wouldn't be to this hotel.

Rixos Bab Al Bahr — bedbugs, failed "upgrade" and evening stink. Lived 15-20.10.2025. On the first night, bed bugs were found in room 3156 and they received multiple bites. After the appeal, a mattress was brought and relocated. The hotel offered a settlement: refund for 1 night, upgrade to Premium, -50% on transfer. In fact: the refund is only made upon signing a waiver of claims/ publications; the "premium" number turned out to be illiquid (noise, smell, view of the technical areas, low floor) — refused. "Discount" on the transfer by amount = full trip. Separately: after sunset, there is a persistent smell of sewage/ sewage emissions on the street, it was impossible to walk (observed several evenings in a row). The claim was passed to the tour operator; there is no clear connection. According to public reviews, similar cases of bedbugs have been periodically mentioned since 2023 (screenshots/links have been saved). Conclusion: the sanitary incident has not been resolved, the service recovery is weak, and in the evenings there is an unpleasant smell on the territory. We do not recommend it.

I really liked the hotel. A very good and delicious buffet. It can be seen in places that the hotel is not new, but it did not bother us. The staff was friendly and helpful in everything. The children's animation was dubbed in Russian. The club has Russian-speaking tutors. Alaska restaurants are delicious too. The evening shows were of excellent quality. Don't expect a view of the endless sea, the beach is in the bay. In general, I recommend it!

We had a vacation with my wife from 05/26/2025 to 05/04/2025. I really liked it. The beach has been renovated (filled with snow-white sand). Construction is far away and does not interfere. There are great shows on two stages in the evenings. There are queues in the dining room, but not because there is no place to sit, but so that the hostesses can seat the guests at the tables that have been cleaned. The waiting time is no more than three minutes. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are comfortable with excellent beds, linens and sanitary facilities. A long beautiful promenade at the exit of the hotel. It's great that the administration divides recreation areas by age +6,+16,+21. The latter is for the violent (sports bar). My wife and I really enjoyed it.

In Bab al Bahre for the second time, it was at the end of May 2025. I will say that today, this is the best hotel for a family! Although not all rooms are renovated, it is better to come here with children. A huge territory, lots of snacks, a beach with sun beds, a pool with clear water! Polite staff, they respond to requests immediately! If you have lost or forgotten an item, the security service will immediately return it, they have everything worked out. If you choose safety, nutrition and comfort, then at Bab al Bahr! I've been to Rixos Abu Dhabi Marina, it's fresher, but there's no entertainment, and there's only one adult pool.

The faucet in the room broke down in 7 days, the shower was blown off, the lights were replaced, the surface was removed from the basketball court under the window, and the whole vacation smelled of rubber I didn't expect such a hat from Dubai, a 5-star hotel. We won't come here anymore, of course)) Well, I'll put 2 stars instead of 3-4. At exactly 12 p.m., when the room was rented, they refused to even give us water, so it's easy to lubricate the whole impression of the hotel (and it's not the best). Other hotels in the chain are much better. According to nutrition, well, the products are high-quality, half of the menu is very spicy, another quarter is just spicy, in fact, I ate rice with beef strogon or something similar all the rest, there were a couple of drinks like carpacho (1 day a week). The staff tries to do what is more convenient for them, but in 5 stars they should still try to do what is convenient for the guests. And the sea is really dirty, muddy white sand, foam, algae. It's normal only when the tide is at its maximum (during the day at the height of the heat) in the morning it's disgusting (and the sea is boiling, you go out into the brazier) and everyone swims only in the pool. I do not recommend it to anyone, the prices are simply not justified!!

The bomb hotel! I am very glad that I got into it . But do not build illusions in comparison with the Turkish Rixos. The difference will be and will be noticeable. There is enough space for everyone , but the Russian soul cannot be appeased , occupying sun beds at 6 a.m. has not gone anywhere … If you don't have enough space, you can ask the beach boy to bring a sunbed and an umbrella. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, green, there is a place to walk The staff behaves 4 out of 5, again compared to Turkey. By chance, the cleaners took the T-shirt from the room when cleaning the bed, and never returned it. We fought for 6 days . But this is an individual case , and I don 't consider it applicable to the overall assessment .

Liked: food I didn't like it: there was no balcony in the room, there was nowhere to dry things, there was a lot of noise from the road at night, it made it difficult to fall asleep. Animation for children 6/10, mostly children in the baby club just sit in a room with a playstation, it was not interesting for a 4-year-old child to stay there. There are few cocktails at the bar and the quality is not 5-star service. Public toilets weren't always clean either.

I compare it with Rixos Belek, Sangate. Food : about the same, taking into account the peculiarities of cuisine on different continents, which is bad: there are no normal tomatoes, those that are slightly red and tasteless tomatoes, there is no good coffee, I just refused to drink it for a week off.; There are a lot of vacationers, the territory of the hotel and the main restaurant is not designed for such a large number of guests, there is a small queue at the entrance to the restaurant, be patient. The restaurant is cramped, the tables are inconveniently arranged, and there are queues for the dishes favorite by tourists (omelets, pancakes, ice cream). For this reason, starting from day 2, alyakart restaurants were booked, for lunch (only one available) and for dinner. The reservation is terrible, the reservation opens at exactly 11:00, at 11:10 there are no empty seats anywhere, we play the game "we waited for 11:00 from two phones at the same time to book", otherwise there are queues in the main restaurant. Beach: the sand and sea are good, there are very, very few sun beds, at 8:10 a.m. everything is occupied, if you want to lie on a sunbed under an umbrella at +35, you went to occupy sun beds at 8 a.m., at 8:30 there are no more free ones, the staff drags the already occupied ones to give them to other tourists, like 3 sun beds on one umbrella. On the 3rd day, we were faced with the fact that beach towels are given out only 2 pieces per room, regardless of the number of people living, which is also strange. The pools are very small with lots of people, it's very crowded, the Russians are mostly at sea, the British are by the pool. Rooms do not have time to clean in the first half of the day, please clean at least in the evening. It 's gone The staff is good, there are no questions for him. We checked in on 07.10, for 3 weeks.The rooms are outdated, there are problems with the sewage system, the water in the showers does not leave.There is no dryer for things on the balcony.There are ants all around, and there was a cockroach in the room today.I'm a disgusting cleaner!There are no simple sockets in the room, you need an adapter.Great gym, good food.The beach towels are tattered, even with holes.Definitely does not pull 5 stars and is not worth the money.The sewer was drained in the evening directly into the sea, where we swim!I do not recommend it!

I'm currently vacationing here. Basically, everything is fine. I'm not particularly picky, I don't pay attention to minor flaws. The staff tries to fix these minor issues as best they can. The service fulfills all your requests on the first call. The nutrition is just great. The alcohol is of good quality, the bars work quickly. There are plenty of sun beds on the beach. The vacation is in full swing. So far, it's a solid five.

The hotel is beautiful. But there are many disadvantages. Entertainment for adults, as they said, is just a bar, pool and hookah. Good alcohol in the bar is paid for, hookah is also paid for. If you see a game room on the site (there's a ps5), then it's only up to 17 years old, but for some reason the games are 18+, the site also doesn't indicate that it's for children. And so is the spa, everything there is also paid except for the sauna and the pool. They claim that everything is ultra inclusive, but in other hotels and countries we took ultra inclusive and did not have to pay for alcohol, hookah and spa anywhere. Okay, let's say we will only take beer and eat a buffet. Honestly, I've never seen so many pasta dishes in my life, at first I was happy, but for a couple of days I couldn't even see pasta (salads with pasta, hot pasta, pasta, noodles) I counted 12 pasta dishes a day!! 12!!! Yes, there were very rare varieties when there was fish and chicken in different dishes and in different dishes, but only for dinner and after a day or two. The breakfasts and lunches are always the same, they don't deny it themselves, the buffet is small but quite tasty. I wish there were less pasta, their fruits were not ripe, kiwi was just nibbling, watermelon was ripe and sweet a couple of times, nutrition is very important to me, pineapples are also ripe every other time. Thank God there were always vegetables for breakfast lunch and dinner There are a lot of pools, it's cool, but again, there's only one for adults, there's a lot of people there, and you start to feel like you're in a swimming pool. In other pools, children are screaming and splashing water in your face. Entertainment in the evening is just rotten, we Russians gathered somewhere separately and hung out by ourselves, because where the stage is, you can't always find a place, a very boring program (usually it's just singing on stage) the children here will be interested, even it's a shame that we pay, but entertain more children, because children's concerts are much more fun, they sing and dance there. The room is nice, but they don't bring toothbrushes or toothpaste, for example, until you ask, although it is paid for in all hotels, the bed linen has never been changed for us, the hairdryer was attached in the drawer and there is no mirror next to the hairdryer. But as much as they asked to leave a good review at the check-out, they never licked it as much as at that moment.

We had a rest from March 10-17, 2025. After a long flight, I wanted to check into my room as soon as possible and have a rest. We arrived in the Emirates and were quickly taken to the hotel. One of the important parts of the hotel is, of course, the reception. After reading the reviews, we were afraid that the staff would be rude and tactless, BUT that didn't happen!! Everyone is very friendly and makes contact. We were asked to give a more or less good room, to which we were told that only 20% of the rooms were updated and there were no vacant rooms, which was a bit frustrating, since we were with a child of 2 years, we would like cleanliness and comfort (about the room further). We arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m., we missed breakfast, and it wasn't supposed to be, but we were offered coffee and cookies in the lobby bar, which is so delicious pastries and coffee. By 12 we were already settled! Although check-in usually starts from 2 days. The room is nice, clean, yes, the repair is outdated, but everything is fine, everything is available (except for the bathrobes, they kind of need to be ordered), the plumbing is also normal, the only thing was that the water in the shower was bad, but that's because it gets clogged with hair, I think. Again, all the staff is very nice, they always smile, they always wave at our child, they are very cute. Then the territory is nice, clean, which is amazing, almost always something is washed.. There are plenty of cats too, but they are not aggressive, they get along well even with toddlers.. We were relaxing when the beach was closed.. Moreover, we were told this already at the reception, although the ticket was issued in 2 months. Why didn't someone warn you earlier? It's not clear.. We were taken to a nearby hotel, everything is fine, lunch.. The beach, the sea, everything is fine. There was a Pullman hotel and a beach.. But Movenpeak is love.. The only thing there is a lot of paid on the beach, such as fruits, fast food., even for their vacationers.. In Rixos, everything is free.I will not write about all the nuances, I will only say that almost all the staff goes to a meeting in almost any situation. Our tour agent was a man named Palevan, he will always help with any question, special thanks to him!! Cuisine: everything is delicious! The child always ate a variety of food. The only thing is, very little for a couple of dishes, or with less oil and fat.. There was little choice for kids, they had to get it from the common table.. But everything is edible too.. It's diverse. There are always delicious fruits, lots of desserts, seafood, every kind of cape. Theme nights are good too. We never went to restaurants in Alaska, perhaps because we were afraid of what to feed a small child, but I think everything is delicious there too! I would also like to highlight, of course, evening entertainment, both for kids and adults, a lot of everything, very interesting, attracts attention!! Overall, the rest is great! If you eat well to rest, then so be it. If you eat to dig into every sideways glance, of course this is not your vacation, it's better to stay at home))) I definitely would like to come back, maybe it will be in 5 years. Rixos is a hotel that you want to return to!!!🥰

A lot of people. The hotel does not have such a service to serve such a huge number of people. Out of 10 days, there wasn't a single day that we didn't run into problems. Every day for 10 days, they called the reception and asked for towels in the room. The beach is crowded, there is only one paddock for people, where the water is not renewed at all. It's creepy. It's not worth your money at all. The furniture is ancient. The floor on the balcony has never been cleaned. If you think that this is the same Riksos as in Turkey, then you are mistaken. Even at that time, some noisy organization arrived, which sold its dietary supplements, saying that they even treat terminal cancer. They even swam up to the sea and invited them to their pyramid.

A great hotel for relaxation! We were there about a year ago and my family was thrilled! There is entertainment for everyone! There are many different restaurants, bars, a spa center, a nightclub and so on for parents! Children will not be left without attention either, the hotel hosts various entertainment programs such as a children's disco, a swimming pool, and cooking workshops! There are a lot of interesting things for the elderly too! The beach is very close and wonderfully equipped, there are always free sun beds. There is also an outdoor pool and a bar on the beach. Next to the beach there is a small water park with slides for hotel guests. By the way, you can see locals on the beach in the morning! Crabs, fish and jellyfish, and we were even lucky enough to see a cuttlefish right there! The hotel also has a good attitude towards Russians, all the animators and staff know our language! And in the buffet restaurant, all dishes are signed in English and Russian! Nice to meet you! In general, the hotel is bombastic! I advise you to visit there!)

A very comfortable hotel for relaxation. Food and drinks for every taste and age!! There are a lot of married couples with young children. Lots of playgrounds and entertainment.Live music in the evening!! The pool is warm and with soft water!! One setback... we got there when we were repairing the beach..Buses were arranged to the beach of a nearby hotel. Thank you to everyone who helped us relax with pleasure!!

That is, if you haven't taken a seat before breakfast, that's it. - there are few umbrellas and sun beds for such a large hotel, although the beach area allows you to put a few more rows. - a goofy empty sandy beach area. However, as I heard, we were after the reconstruction... and they will add everything else. - there are no wheelchair paths. It is necessary to drag the stroller across the sand to the sun beds.. When it was time to leave, they started making tracks. Canteen + the food is delicious! + there is a 16+ zone where there are no children and it is quieter + during rush hour, the number of seats and people is monitored. You don't have to run to find a table for yourself. They take him to a clean, empty table - it's very noisy in the dining room and there are queues for food Gym + everything is there, the simulators are excellent + many different workouts and Activities Animation + just awesome animation! There are no other words. Dancers and gymnasts, acrobats are amazing! Thank you so much for a week of wonderful productions and music. I take my hat off here, how cool was it Kindergarten + we didn't set aside our own, but the territory is large, there are a lot of activities Conclusion: overall, the hotel is wonderful. It's a lovely hotel. We had a rest in September of this year. With my wife and my daughter's family, my husband and grandson are 6 years old. The organization of adult and children's recreation is excellent! The food is great! The service is excellent! The staff is polite and speaks a lot of Russian. There is animation for children and for adults, but it is poor. There are Ala kart restaurants, but they are not delicious! There is a beach, but the water stinks.. and yes, get ready for the STINK in the evenings. Not every day.. At first, they thought it was because of the watering of the territory. Then we read that it was hydrogen sulfide in the area (especially early in the morning and very late in the evening). This is a feature of the area. It's definitely not dangerous, because there are no reactions, but it's not super pleasant. In short, gloom, to be honest, we didn't set any expectations for ourselves at all, we are very loyal tourists. I should have added another 100k to my vacation and flown to Abu or Fujairah. We stayed at this hotel twice. For the first time in 2023. Everything was top notch. What I won't say for 2025. This year we had a vacation with a two-year-old child. The sand on the beach has been updated, now it is white, similar to Maldivian. Of the cons, the entire bay was built up, and now we are enjoying not the view of the sea, but the hotels under construction opposite.If you arrive in the morning, then breakfast is either for money or waiting for check-in. And so, according to the new rules, you are a guest of the hotel after 15:00. Very polite reception staff. The room cleaning was also done well. Evening shows and children's evenings are at a high level. For the third time, I'll think carefully about whether this hotel is worth considering or not.

A good hotel for a family holiday. A variety of food and drinks. The quality is excellent. More expensive alcohol is paid for. Every day there is a themed dinner (Italian, Turkish, Mediterranean and other cuisines). But there is no separate corner with children's food. Service, maintenance and staff for 5+. Everyone is very polite and ready to help. For example, at lunch, they asked several times to cook soup for a child without salt, since the prepared soups were all very salty. The rooms are nice, but some rooms have carpet. Also, rooms of the same category can be with or without a balcony. There is a kids' club, but during our stay it was under renovation and the children were taught in the conference room, although there were very few toys there, i.e. there was practically nothing to play with a small child. But in general, there has always been some kind of activity for children (master classes, aquagrim, contests, disco). The beach is very large with snow-white sand, but the swimming area may seem small for those who are used to swimming far and long. It is comfortable to swim with children near the shore. The depth increases gradually. We faced a shortage of sun beds during the arrival of a large number of people during the May holidays. At 9 a.m., all the sun beds on the beach were occupied. Free ones could only be found in the 16+ zone. Prior to this arrival, throughout the week, it was possible to safely find free sun beds on the beach even after 10 a.m. It is not clear why the hotel did not take care to increase the number of sun beds on the beach, as there is a lot of space there. In general, I recommend the hotel for a relaxing family vacation.

We are currently staying at this hotel. I would never have expected such disgusting service from a series of these hotels. There are few sun loungers in such a huge hotel. People go to take their seats at 5 a.m. There are no towels, and the ones that are are old and full of holes. There are always queues everywhere, in the bar, in the restaurant. A huge anthill. The room is two-room, with two bathrooms, all the amenities are there, BUT the rooms are not new at all, there are stains on the carpet and other disadvantages (I will attach a photo). Although it's a Rixos and of course we shouldn't have met it, but it didn't spoil our mood)))) Pros: the beach is clean and on site, but the water was really unlucky - it was cold. A huge clean territory, 4 different clean heated pools, a huge indoor play area for children, it's fashionable to leave them and animators will occupy them, there's a lot of food, but it's almost the same every day, but the main thing is that it's delicious and natural! The service is good, many people speak Russian, there were no problems with the staff at all. We went to the gym every day, which is just a bomb, there is a cool entertainment program in Russian and English for children every day, and for adults every other day. Ala-kart 5 pieces, the food is great, especially the sea rest!! We were able to buy gifts right on the premises. There is NOTHING to see or buy in Ras Al Khaimah itself, we checked!! The representative of the Fan-san tour operator did not agree on the price of a tour to Dubai for 100K....... that's why I found it myself through VK 3 times cheaper!!!!!!!! The whole family went to Kia Carnival for the whole day shopping and just to see Dubai for 30K. We found a lot of souvenirs in Souk Madinat Jumeirah, down in the shopping malls!! Dubai Mall is certainly a bomb, a must-visit!!!!!!!!! Cons: cold water at this time of the year((((( On the last day, the cleaners stole the AirPods, there was no time to figure it out, we wish all the best to this person! We just returned home from this hotel with thoughts of "thank you for being alive"… We stayed at Rixos Bab Al Bahr from October 26 to November 6, 2025. It has already been written here many times about the absence of at least some kind of wellness such as juices/sweets, etc., about towels with holes and an incomprehensible sour smell on the hotel grounds every evening. It's not even as upsetting as what happened to me and my family here.… I am very obsessed with cleanliness, clean hands and high-quality (safe) food, while I do not have a fad "do not give sugar to the child, feed only healthy vegetable food", my six-year-old child calmly ate croissants in the morning, broth at lunch (with a clear composition such as chicken / vegetable / beef), rice, turkey/chicken, cucumbers, for dinner about the same as for lunch. Of course, there were no salads or questionable meat/seafood in the child's diet (as with us adults). Since the time of covid, a child has been taught to wash his hands before any meal, always with antibacterial wipes, everything is clear. Yes, and we only brush our teeth in hotels with bottled drinking water! This is the background to make it clear that what we are facing is absolutely not our fault. So, on the 8th day of rest at night, the child has severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea... on the ninth day, the temperature is 37.5. By the evening, everything began to return to normal, and my husband and I exhaled... (as our pediatrician, with whom we were in touch all the time, said, everything went quite easily for the child thanks to the rotavirus vaccination)… On the 10th day, I wake up with terrible weakness (on the third day, as the child began to get sick, all this time I was on the same diet with him - water, tea, dried fruits, crackers), just in case I drank Polysorb and enterol, but it didn't save me at all. By lunch, my temperature is already 39, my husband and I decide to call a doctor, because the next evening we have a plane home, and I can barely speak, nurafen, paracetamol do not help. The doctor arrives at 7:30 p.m., and at 8 p.m. I am transferred from the clinic to the neighboring Hilton Hotel for ivs, where the medical clinic's office is located. 4 hours of ivs, and at least I'm holding my phone in my hands, because before that I didn't even have the strength to speak. Returning to the hotel (at one o'clock in the morning) at the reception, I ask the managers to give us the opportunity to check out tomorrow not at the standard 12 a.m., but later, because by 10 a.m. I'm back on IVs (and they last 4 hours!!!), and what happened to me and my family is 100% of the hotel's fault is poor-quality food or pool water. Moreover, during these days, as many times as we went to the pharmacy of the hotel (thank you, it is there, and there is also a representative of the clinic, from which you can call a doctor to the room in case of anything), 6 families were with us, right at the moment when we were at the pharmacy and issued a call first to the child, then they coordinated it all with the insurance company, etc., they also treated me with similar symptoms and bought pills for diarrhea and vomiting. I explain all this to the hotel administrators, they tell me that it's not the hotel's fault, we can't help you, you have a check-out at 12. After about half an hour of discussion, providing a doctor's discharge with prescriptions, taking into account that, in principle, I am barely alive with a bandaged arm, in which the catheter is perfectly visible, through which IVs were made and will be in the morning, they tell me - come tomorrow morning. In the morning, on the way to the IV line, I go to the reception, there were a lot of people downstairs, new vacationers stopped by, and, apparently, in order not to scare off the new ones (since our evening conversation was already in raised tones), the manager tells me that we can leave at 15. Thanks for that too. Total: we have never returned home from vacation with such joy... we crossed the threshold of the house thinking "Thank God, it's all over." According to the symptoms, it is an enterovirus. Apart from staying at the hotel, we haven't been anywhere else, on any excursions, etc. We haven't left the hotel. My husband was also hooked, but it was only with pills. By the way, my blood was taken for analysis before the ivs, but the result was never sent.… Where does all this come from? We assume that either the water in the pool, or poorly washed dishes in the restaurant, vegetables, fruits… Thank you for having a clinic representative on site, the doctor comes to the call fairly quickly (within an hour), and the clinic where they provide assistance is a 5-minute drive from the hotel.

There are no amenities . There is a battle for sun beds on the beach . It 's not realistic to wait for the waiter, even if you gave him 10 dollars, he will bring you a drink and will not come again . They give you two glasses of drinks . And if you come in four with your family, you have to stand in line twice.Evening shows of the high school format in Russia . At the reception, sitting on sofas to wait for room keys is not really available. The sea is dubious . It looks more like a huge puddle . We have already talked with the vacationers 6 times in this hotel. I do not recommend it! The rooms are normal.but there's a big construction site nearby and trucks are driving all night. But many people had problems, people were swearing at the reception. Another disadvantage is the lazy waiters in the main restaurant. The tables were not cleaned for a long time. We went together both times this year to celebrate birthdays. In general, the impressions are positive, the price is satisfactory. If you want more exclusives, personal service, you're not here.
