We took all inclusive package for 2 nights. The food quality specially the one of the pool side was the worst. It was worse than 6 aed burger we buy at the cafeteria outside. I won't recommend anyone to buy all inclusive deals.

I don't see any real chic from the usual fives. Moreover, if we take other hotels in other countries, when there is a search for one language of the guests, then they try to adjust the program and music to a greater number. And here the performances are in English, taking into account the large number of Russians. But again, the programs are vivid. Would you like to go again? If only for the amount for which it was at the time of the review, I would not have given more.

A great hotel for a family holiday. We were with two children aged 4 and 13. Food - abundance , quality , variety . Everything is very tasty! The children ate with pleasure (parents also +2 kg) . The drinks are of high quality . We had a two-room room - clean, renovated, there is everything for your comfort. Body and hair cosmetics are top notch , you don 't have to take them with you . A bathrobe will be provided upon request. There is a lot of staff in this hotel, any request is fulfilled instantly. The beach is gorgeous , white shell sand , does not heat up in the heat . Animation 🫶🏼 we enjoyed going to both children 's and adult performances . We will definitely come back! For older children, there are water slides and a tennis court, free of charge by appointment. There is a separate beach and an 18+ swimming pool.

Nice hotel, nice staff, our room was nice, newly renovated, clean. The territory is large and well maintained. The food is just great, seafood is different, meat, vegetables, fruits, pastries are all very tasty and varied. The beach is white sandy- the approach is smooth, the sea is calm. We had a family vacation (4 adults + 1 child) from November 06 to November 12, 2025. We arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock. For example, on the penultimate day, our room was cleaned only at 5 p.m. (there were two cleaners on one corridor)!!!!! There are very few Russian-speaking staff, I keep silent about my knowledge of English (maybe they know English, but they can't always understand what you want from them). Now to the advantages, there are also a lot of them: I would like to highlight the cleanliness throughout the hotel and the quality of food and room cleaning in the hotel. The food here is really impressive in its variety, you can't stay hungry here, for sure! They are cleaned very clean, tidy and beautiful. The water in the pools is also really very refreshing and with a good temperature. There is a small Jacuzzi area, however, which is also very cool. And, yes, there's plenty of entertainment here too. Great, it underwent some renovation in the fall of 2025 and the previous reviews are no longer relevant. There is a lot of food for every taste, even a fastidious child can be fed calmly. The bay has the purest water, and the beach pleases with a pleasant sand. 😍 Minuses: Outdated room stock. This is especially noticeable in the bathroom — it feels like the rooms need updating. 🫤 Poor room cleaning quality. During the entire stay, cleaning was limited only to making the bed linen carefully, without any additional cleaning. 😕 Unpleasant smell in the evenings and at night. After searching for information on the Internet, I found out that it was related to the incineration of garbage near the island. The first night we slept with the window open and woke up to the pungent smell of burning — this seriously spoiled the experience. I understand that the hotel cannot influence the situation, but the fact remains. 🥺 Intestinal infection in a child. Unfortunately, the child has contracted intestinal infection — apparently, this is a common problem in family hotels with a large number of children. I've seen other children with similar symptoms. I understand that the source is a person, not the food/drinks in the hotel, but I think that in such a situation the hotel should take additional disinfection measures. Fortunately, we were prepared and had the necessary medications with us to relieve the symptoms, which allowed us to quickly stabilize the condition. The water all flows out onto the floor , then you walk and slide . Who's with the kids, you have to be careful! On the first night, they forgot to press the "do not disturb" button! At 09:00 in the morning (according to ours at 08:00) we were woken up by the doorbell. Call not just once , but very persistently ! I had to get up and open it . And a very big minus . Information is posted everywhere on the territory of the hotel near the pools, stating that towels from sun beds will be removed if they are just lying there.
