We had a family vacation from October 1 to October 10 at this hotel (2 adults and a child under 2 years old). My impressions were not very good, and I don't want to return to the hotel. If you've been vacationing on the Rixos network, especially the Turkish one, then it's not even worth it. It has nothing to do with Rixos, just the name. This is not 5ka, but a maximum of 3ka. To begin with, the rooms are bright, but shabby, the furniture is stripped. The shower stinks of sledge, and not only in the shower. It smells like this all over the hotel, especially in the evening. I don't know what it's related to. They obviously have problems with the sewage system. The rooms are poorly cleaned, there is hair everywhere, dust, and even remnants of things from past tenants under the bedside table. It's not very pleasant. The minibar was full upon check-in, and it hasn't been filled once in 10 days. Although we asked for it. At the same time, tips are just waiting, and we left them. But in the end, for what??? Now about the most unpleasant moment, the child had a fever of 39.6 on the 2nd day and a rash appeared. I'm attaching a photo. The hotel nurse came and said call a doctor. As a result, the fever passed on the 3rd day, the rash still remained on October 11. By chance, I meet a man with a small child with the same rash at the bar. Then another one with my mom, and so on. And it turned out that it was Rosella, who was walking around the hotel. And the hotel is silent about it, they know about it. The sore is very contagious, if you don't want your child to get sick, I don't recommend resting there. Now I think there will be reviews on this subject. So much for rixos. And the icing on the cake, they change our flight to an earlier one in a day. It's not the fault of the hotel, but our guide, Bakha from Biblio globus, does not warn that in this regard, we will change our personal transfer to the bus. Thinking that this is a mistake, we tell the driver that we need to have a car so that he can wait a couple of minutes, we'll find out now, he's just driving away all crazy. (we knew perfectly well that check-in starts at 3 p.m., but we still decided to ask for 1 room faster, since we have a child) we arrived at the hotel at 10:00, there is no food, we cannot count on breakfast, only for lunch from 1 p.m., we asked to feed the child, we were refused! We were checked in at 15:30 with a scandal ! 2. Number 2 out of 5! It was old , worn out, and only 2 sockets were working out of the entire room, and that was it! There are also no bathrobes and toothbrushes with toothpaste! Shower gels, shampoos, cream, in huge tubes bolted on, everything falls off, There was no gel in the tube!!! We visited this hotel 7 years ago and were just shocked by everything. The quality of the hotel has dropped significantly. The lack of mineral water surprised me even more, it just doesn't exist. During the arrival, the slides on the street were closed for repairs, the mini playground was not interesting for the child, so there was nowhere to walk on the territory. The playroom smelled of mold (which is generally unacceptable), everything was old and dirty. The assortment of toys was small. Strange entertainment for children, for example, they inflated trampolines and blew them away half a day later. They inflated it longer than they stood. There is no animation like this, it is very weak. There are no free sun beds, not in the pool, not near the sea (although the beach area is large there), as in Soviet times people threw things and left. Of the advantages, the staff (always helped, cleaned perfectly), the pharmacy in the hotel with very helpful people. There is no desire to return here.

The room is quite old, this hotel has nothing to do with the "ultra all inclusive" concept that they claim to offer. Restrictions are everywhere. Everything you try to do or enjoy is accompanied by rejection. You are constantly being monitored: how many cocktails you drink, how many rolls you take on the buffet, even how many towels you use. The atmosphere is tense and uncomfortable, as if you are being watched at every turn. There are more staff than tourists. there are queues everywhere, they check everything everywhere, when you order cocktails, they ask for the number and write down on the number how much you will drink today. The food is poor — low quality, monotonous and simply does not meet the standards of the supposedly upscale resort. And don't expect any warmth from the staff — they are unfriendly, useless, and completely uninterested in solving problems. When we raised the issue, it was brushed aside and never resolved. There is no sense of hospitality or relaxation here. Instead, you get rules, control, and a sense of not being welcome. This is absolutely not what you would expect from a hotel that bears the name Rixos.

Everyone is kind and helpful , the animators ( in sports, finally topchik) I send greetings to Jami and the Egyptian ( to the main one ) , they certainly did well , volleyball , water polo with the guys from Kazakhstan, and others, of course, they try to save money in the bar in terms of adding ice to the cocktail ( and they drink it, be healthy, and the cocktail itself is already cold)) so say "no ice" (well, that's what I've always done, counselor)) The drinks in the bar are not bad, I liked the Virgin Colada and the mojito, they put nueda and cold drinks in the room every day (tea and coffee are also a theme, I advise you to save it in your pocket and then happily remember at home or at home))) There are sports grounds, the equipment is free, like almost everything, I advise you to fly in the spring after March 10, as there will be no 40+ weather. It's a shame! We feel like we are in a 3-star hotel in Turkey. We arrived at the seaside, we spend the whole day sitting in the pool. The hotel administration is behaving abominably, they have provided an alternative, they take you to the beach of the Pullman Resort Al Marian Island hotel, but this place is terrible, there are not enough sun beds, drinks in the bar are of poor quality, drinking water is poured from the tap. So, anyone traveling between March 8 and March 23 will be very disappointed. I consider the OzonTravel tour operator and the hotel administration to be crooks!

A large selection of food. The beach was renovated a month ago, and now it's big and clean. Entertainment for the little ones is a club and periodic performances. It's a different club for teenagers. There are Ps5s in both clubs. For adults, this includes billiards in the gym and evening music. The staff is friendly, many people know Russian.
