Good afternoon! We are currently staying at this hotel. After buying the tour, we learned that the beach at the hotel would be closed. But I was sure that the hotel management would do everything possible so that tourists would not feel uncomfortable. However, we were mistaken. The Pullman hotel, where tourists are taken, is below the level, on seashell beach, special shoes are needed, a dirty beach and old sun beds. In addition, noise from construction work is constantly heard in Rixos itself. The restaurant and room service are excellent. It's a pity that we chose this hotel. We don't rest that often.

Good evening, I wouldn't say that this hotel belongs to the Rixos chain, you don't get any food, only lunch, and they don't care if you're with the kids or not. You leave the same thing, you don't have lunch anymore. In short, I called it the Rixos boarding house. I have never seen such treatment of clients anywhere.

The check-in was from 13.04.25 to 21.04.25, we had a rest together with my husband. We were accommodated in a room with a balcony, windows facing the road were impossible to sleep in. After 2 days, patience ran out and we moved to another room, but without a balcony, there was nowhere to dry things. You scratch yourself in the room afterwards, it's not surprising that there are bedbugs because it's so damp. The shower door does not close tightly, so the water pours onto the floor. Animation for both children and adults is only in English, although 70% of Russian tourists. Check-out at 12:00 from your room and if you have a transfer in the evening, then you can't have lunch with either a bar or a restaurant. The beach towel is torn, there are no bathrobes in the room. The hotel does not pull 5 ku. The beach is clean, the water is on the bottom with algae, mud, small jellyfish swim. Umbrellas are being rolled up in the middle of the heat, tourists are forced to go to the room or fight with them.

Wow! We were there only once, but we were left with the best impressions. Of course, the beach is so-so (there are pebbles, it's not very convenient to walk on it), but everything else is beautiful. It seems that immediately after departure, all attention to the guest disappears, and the person becomes absolutely useless to anyone. This is a wonderful hotel! Yes, it's not new, but the atmosphere is gorgeous and friendly!The chefs here cook like no one else!!! What good fellows they are!! All the dishes are amazing!! A selection of dishes, fruits, sweets!! We had a rest in early June- we will definitely come back here!!!

The rest at the hotel is normal, I liked everything: the beach, the water (there are no waves, it's a thrill for children), the service (you need to beg for everything), the room (I bought it and checked in early for 13,000), the location of the building. One of the disadvantages is significant : Every evening from 9 o'clock +- some kind of smell of bad alcohol appeared on the street (braga, either yeast, or bad washing machine). It lasts until about 7 a.m., and the wind blows through the window slits into the room. An unpleasant, heavy smell. It probably comes from a nearby oil depot. Animators are bullshit, both children and adults. On weekends, the influx of locals, respectively, does not break through to the pools, it's good that we are not focused on them.

I don't understand the rave reviews. We have just returned from this hotel and I can say that there is no service, no service, no responsive staff, no varied food, no quality drinks - there is nothing in this hotel. There are only queues everywhere and for everything: to the restaurant, bar, towels, etc., there is also burnt incomprehensible alcohol, tasteless cocktails, etc. The hotel itself is very tired... the locations are not thought out at all: you move everywhere in the open sun, why it was impossible to make beautiful arches out of flowers or a canopy is unclear... The beach bar and the venue of the evening show are the same place, so in the evening, before plopping down on the sofa or armchair to watch the show, check if they are wet... and it's full of flaws!!! I don't recommend this hotel at all, it's certainly not 5*, and 4* is a stretch!!!

We had a rest from March 9th for 7 days. The beach story is not acceptable for this level of hotels. They were taken to the beach of the Movepink hotel only through a scandal at the reception. We rested for 10 days!!! From 07/12/2025 The hotel is just great, of course, repairs are needed in the rooms, but it's coming! After the departure, the renovation of our wing began! July is not the season in the UAE, but the weather has pleased us! The temperature in Ras al Khaimah was like on the Black Sea coast 36-40 * in Dubai 42-45 and very humid. Water 32-35*, pools on the contrary with chilled water! They charge a tourist fee, take this into account immediately upon check-in, check-in after 14:00, if you arrive in the morning like us, you will have to wait until 15:00 until the room is cleaned! If you want to eat breakfast 100 derham per person or wait until lunch We were checked in at around 14:00 hours! They give you the opportunity to change clothes, take a shower in the spa and go to the pool or the sea, you can use the bar at the reception. The staff is helpful, the rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed daily! Change of bed linen every 3 days! The rooms are large and spacious, we had a 2-room suite with a view of the garden, and that was a plus, because if you have a view of the sea and the pool, it's very noisy! The room had 2 bathrooms. The room has a safe, iron, ironing board, two closets in each room, two TVs, but only TNT from Russian channels We had an ultra all inclusive package! The food is great, varied, there is a lot of food, the choice is huge! You can feed anyone fastidious! There are a lot of tables, there are different zones, on the veranda, in the hall there is a quiet area! Bars for every taste, at every pool! Bars with a variety of alcoholic beverages! The best pool 16+ !!! This is a separate + hotel, quiet, peaceful, there are no children constantly making noise, as in the main one! There is a pool with slides! Next to lunch, you can have a hamburger with fries on the street! There is a huge children's area, tennis court, basketball, volleyball! The entertainment program changed daily! There are two stages, the main one and the A la carte one, there are 10 of them on the territory! There is a spa center, a street with shops, sweets, souvenirs, gold, teas, etc. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception! The mini bar is replenished daily, everything is free! Towel for the beach and pool throughout! The sea is a separate topic! Clean, warm, white sand beach! Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach were freely available! There is a VIP area with separate gazebos on the beach, located in a quiet private beach space! On the beach, you can take a sap board, ride a jet ski, banana! There are construction sites nearby and all over the city, this should be taken into account when settling in, but this did not bother us at all! The room was extended for 2 hours, if you want more, you need to pay for the extension! I really liked the hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately, staying at Rixos Bab Al Bahr was a real disappointment. The room greeted us with an unpleasant smell, and there were cracks in the toilet through which water was leaking out of the toilet bowl. The hotel's territory is very small, the pools are cramped, and there is clearly not enough space for all guests. The restaurant is also not designed to fully load the hotel — constant queues, lack of tables and a feeling of general disorganization. The sea was in full bloom during our stay, which completely ruined the opportunity for swimming. It is worth noting the work of the lobby bar - the service is extremely slow. I was also unpleasantly surprised by the situation with beach towels: they were either really in short supply, or the staff simply did not want to give them out, offering to wait "15 minutes", although towels were available. Twice there were problems with the door to the room — the lock broke. The first time it was fixed in about 15 minutes, but the second time we had to wait almost an hour, despite the promises. The reception didn't bother to apologize or explain the delay. In general, this hotel does not match the level of the Rixos brand at all. I'm not coming back here anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is terrible. We arrived at the hotel, paid an additional deposit of 37,000 tenge for 6 days, you will not be able to check in without money. It is impossible to write a comment without five stars. It's 53 degrees Celsius in the afternoon, but the pools and the sea are open until 19.00. The food is intermittent. The restaurant (food) closes at 22.00. I went on a tour somewhere, get a rollton. In this hotel, slates cost 10450 tenge. The prices are cosmic in short. I went on tours, don't count on food. There are an additional 5 restaurants. In just 6 days we got into the Turkish cuisine. Well, it was very comfortable there. We went to the spa. They are not welcome without a massage. And a massage there costs from 5500 dirhams, according to ours from 75000 tenge and above for one day. Maybe it was possible to bargain, but such a sum makes you unwilling to bargain. Every day, for 6 days in a row, the same people performed. Alipay doesn't work in many places. Apple Pay wallet works on iPhones. A card is best. We sat in the lobby for 12 hours, waiting for the transfer to the airport without food, without drinking, because the time of stay was over, to extend 153,000 tenge for our room. 2 adults+4 children = 4 million tenge in summer for a flight, for this world, for a tour of Dubai, for a hotel. Complete disappointment. I've been to Dubai once, that's enough. Although we met friends, they said that it was different in hotels in Dubai itself, and everything is different there

A disgusting hotel, this was not expected from rixos, it all started from the very arrival, we arrived at about 11-12.00 in the afternoon, check-in from 15.00. For the period of this time, you are forbidden to eat in coffee shops and restaurants (you can only for a fee), then there was check-in, the rooms were dead, everything seemed clean, there were not even brushes, the shower did not work normally, the sockets did not fit ours, the adapter had to be almost begged, and so on, customer orientation 0 ! The hotel itself is already old! I see advantages for the cost of how much it costs from the word at all. I rarely write reviews, but it just boiled over! I do not recommend anyone to go here on vacation.

It doesn't matter which room you booked, if you don't thank the reception, you won't see a normal room! 4 of us were accommodated in the smallest room with the worst category where there was only one bed, although when booking we paid extra for an improved room with a sea view with a sofa and a balcony. While waiting, I saw how everyone came up and gave them money so that they could be given rooms with a balcony. The chief receptionist was threatening to either take the room in silence or terminate the contract right now and leave!! Thank you to the tour operator at fun sun for intervening on the second day and giving us the room we were supposed to have.

No one warned about this option! According to this claim, the hotel replied that it had allegedly warned the tour operators in advance! The claim was announced to the tour operator, who officially sent it far away.… Neither side has apologized( So it's not known who's to blame ... so now, when booking a hotel, you probably need a written clarification from the tour operator that no renovations are expected for the duration of the planned vacation!!!

We had a rest from September 8 to September 17, the three of us in a 2-room family room. check-in: we arrived at the hotel ~ at 10 a.m., we were offered to check into the room right now, as only this room is available with a surcharge of $ 500 (this is one of the disadvantages, since it is mentioned in the reviews not once). we refused and waited for our hour in the lobby, where it was already possible to order tea/coffee/ smoothies with cookies. the waiting area is more than comfortable. At 12 o'clock we were checked into a room. Room: excellent large 2-room suite with a door between, 2 bathrooms and a huge balcony. there is everything you need, except for bathrobes and toothpastes/brushes (you can ask for them, but we didn't). perhaps the repairs in our building are a little tired, but it doesn't catch my eye. cleaning is daily, towels are changed daily too. sea view from all sides. Food: the buffet is great. for breakfast, all kinds of eggs, pancakes, toasts, vegetables/salads, fruits. for lunch, French fries, pasta, nuggets, chicken, salads, a large selection of sweets. Each dinner has a different cuisine, starting with seafood and ending with Asia. seafood is the most memorable: crabs, shrimps, mussels, squid, baked fish, poke. You can also book a restaurant for dinner. I don't know who has any problems, you just need to set the timer for 11:00 and there won't be any problems) we went to a meat restaurant, ate steaks and shrimps, there were no surcharges, there were bars almost 24/7, there were two by the sea, there were also various cocktails by the pool, and they were delicious: regular mojito/strawberry, pinot colada, aperol (it's paid at infinity bar), cosmopolitan. no extra charges were asked anywhere, each bar has its own cocktails for every taste and color) in the lobby you can drink delicious tea / ice latte with biscuits service / staff: everything is great here too, very polite staff always and everywhere, I will note the attention of the staff separately: I got sick and asked for a thermometer at the reception, they clarified my room number, after which they called my room and asked me what to bring for my recovery.: soup or fruit. Half an hour later, I had a tray with vegetable salad and fruit, which is very nice. by the way, I called the insurance doctor, the pharmacist from the pharmacy can help with this, thanks to him too! the doctor stays at the hotel, comes within 15-20 minutes, gives you a prescription and you get medicine for free at this pharmacy. entertainment: there are plenty of them, there is a schedule of various workouts: water polo 2 times a day, volleyball, training in the pool. what we discovered late was bobbing in the sea at 9 a.m. (you need to sign up the day before, I highly recommend it), and we also played jenga, basketball, and tennis.. in general, it won't be boring) and there are 3 slides, they are small, but still, the children are definitely fine. the pools are cool, there are 4 of them (infinity 16+ with its own bar). there is also a bar from 2 p.m. to 1 p.m., you can sit and watch a match or play billiards for 5 dirhams evening program: every evening there is a beautiful stage, songs (sorry, not in Russian), animators. the atmosphere is calm, mostly the "sit and listen to music" format. for a family holiday, it's great, but if you want more active entertainment, the disadvantage is that there are no shows (fire shows, dance numbers, etc.), only music. It's hot outside, of course, but these are weather conditions that can't be affected — the bar has fans, which saves a bit. beach: the purest white sand, decent sun beds, 2 bars nearby, as I said earlier, gradual entry into the water. it is better to swim at this time in the morning, the water is warm, clean, there are rescuers on all sides) there are no animals, well, fish are small, sometimes algae in the water, but a little and not critical check-out: at 12:00 they handed over the room, our suitcases were taken away. Before departure, you can use the hotel's facilities: bar with billiards, pool/sea. We chose to sit in the lobby (the bar is also available) and play billiards at the bar. Overall, great impressions about the hotel, I definitely want to come back again, but when it's cooler. On our vacation, the temperature was 33 degrees at 7 p.m., over time, of course, you get used to it, and if you swim in the pool and drink cold drinks, then everything is more than fine. 🫶🏻 A strong temperature difference in the hotel and outside can make you sick, like me, so take your medications with you and be careful.

Good day to all! We had a rest at RIXOS BAB AL BAHR at the end of August 2025! We had children of 2.5 and 8 years old with us. We arrived at the hotel at 1 p.m., asked to be checked into a room, to which we heard a categorical NO, the manager Irina rudely told us to go to the restaurant for lunch. No matter when or where we rested, they would not answer us so categorically, they always went to a meeting, especially since we left long before the set time, as I explained to them, such a situation could be adjusted and settled early. Irina still says to me, go write a review, they say I don't care what you write there. As for Irina, you need to leave such employees quickly, I have studied a lot of reviews and only negative reviews have been written about her! The room was nice, with a sea view, it was clean, they cleaned well, changed the bed, replenished the bar, everything was fine. It's really impossible to sign up for a la carte restaurants, we've tried it several times, it's a waste of time, apparently that's how they're supposed to do it, like sign up through the kuar, what do you want from us. I can't say anything about alcohol, I don't drink, I don't know how the service is in this regard, but I've seen a lot of drunk tourists, especially foreigners, and I'd like to say if you've been drinking, behave yourself! The restaurant, yes, they really asked for the room number every time , it's also not clear 🤷♀️ The food is not for us, we are from Kazakhstan, there is a lot of Indian food and every time I looked, there were no special people near this food, the menu is all the same, the same horns are rearranged in places, and French fries. In the restaurant, all the tables are wiped with the same cloth, without even washing it. In front of me, the waiter wiped the chair first, and then began to wipe the table. 🤦♀️ The hotel and restaurant administration, instruct the waiters, constantly tell them, otherwise someone will get poisoned, God forbid! We returned from this hotel yesterday. I have a lot of questions for this hotel and I am very upset that I had to spend my vacation here! I was waiting for the service, but unfortunately I didn't see it! I can't call the restaurant that, it's more like a canteen where the waiters don't even come up to remove dirty plates when asked to bring water, they say OK and go on! You have to ask for dressing gowns for a day, but they carry them without straps. I'll start with the beach, since the beach on the territory of the hotel was closed, they were taken to neighboring hotels, they could not arrange the transfer operation properly, they promised every 10 minutes, eventually every 30 minutes. A lot of people gathered, and when the bus arrived, everyone did not enter, as a result, people continued to stand and wait. Restaurant : during my 8 days at the krasnaya Rabah hotel, I had breakfast 1 time, which does not correspond to the concept of the hotel at all...... Diluted chocolate, I saw this for the first time.......

And a lot... we were checked in from 2:40 p.m. check-out until 12 p.m.. overall, I liked everything, thank you… By the way, there are shops nearby for leather, fur, etc..

But the rules did not allow booking for 6 people (our family). My husband and I arrived on 05/12/2025 There is a free Wi-Fi at Dubai airport, and they give us a SIM card for free for a day, at 11:00 we were brought to the hotel! We had an incomprehensible situation at the reception, they gave us bracelets and told us to wait for the room until 15:00 that there would be no room before. We went for a walk around the hotel, it was insanely hot. 🥵 They didn't give us anything to drink at the bar)))) Supposedly we weren't settled yet, the bartender told our friends who had been vacationing there for one day that he wouldn't give us more than 2 drinks per room. What would supposedly not be transmitted to us)) Of course, I went to the reception to find out if the room was available, they gave us the number 2229. The room was outdated, had a very unpleasant smell, and had a view of the parking lot (calmly, there are no playgrounds for children and no construction sites) The shower didn't work initially)) There was no toothpaste or brushes for the whole time (they were well taken from home) I wanted to change the number because we couldn't even open the mailboxes properly. The sofa is all stained) There were slippers) 😅 of course they didn 't change it for us ) Although they promised on the next day) We took a tour to this hotel for half a year, we got almost 300k for two people in 8 days - they specifically indicated that we were NEWLYWEDS!!!!! Back in correspondence with the hotel in February (we were told when you would arrive, attach a copy of the marriage registration) Of course, that's what I did) When I handed over this copy at the reception (they just looked at me, laughed, and said we didn't need anything) , I asked, "What kind of present is in your hotel?" I thought it was a good service)) As a result, upon entering the room, in addition to the fact that it was bad, they didn't even give us a cake))) After we put things in the room (sockets in the room with an adapter, check at the reception) we were very hungry and wanted to go eat, as we already have a bracelet and the number is fixed for us, we approach the central restaurant (but they won't let us in) 😂 I had to go back to the reception and figure out why we weren't allowed to eat… In general, after the statements, we were allowed to eat 😂 After my husband came up to the reception a thousand times and said that we were promised a present, as newlyweds, it was made in the evening at a dinner in the style of 2008 (it would have been much nicer if they hadn't done it after we had to explain to them what it was); Upon arrival in the room, there were also geese)); If someone is counting on a cool present, this will not happen))) The territory is large, green, the food is more than normal (good Turkey), you will not stay hungry, there is almost everything you need… For example, the mussels were very dry, and the sushi was falling apart, but for a change of norms. There is also a bar on site (where they serve burgers, fries, salad, etc.) Wherever you go, you will always be asked for your room (there are long queues in the restaurant because of this) Every couple is asked about a hotel room!!!! The towel, the bar, they ask everywhere!)) I haven't seen this in hotels for a long time, besides the fact that they put on uncomfortable bracelets, they ask a thousand times every day from which room)))) You can drink alcohol, but if you want it better, you will have to pay) Hookah is expensive and not tasty here (160 dirhams of ordinary tobacco, 180 is better); A good beach and sunset, few sun beds, and almost everywhere there is sun, they did not think about making long canopies in such hotels so that there would be more shade.... Jet skiing for one person 200 dirhams - 15 minutes… It is best to do this closer to 18:00 Because it's insanely hot… There were a lot of people near the pools. There is a separate bar for adults where you can play billiards. 🎱 Drink alcohol and even eat nuts and chips))) If you took a flight in the evening, be prepared that you will be evicted from your room at 12:00 and you will have to pay extra for drinks later and for lunch per person 100 dirhams There will be a free bar in the room, take everything that remains with you) We wanted to extend the room, but we were told that there were no rooms((( Unfortunately, the whole day is thrown away, it would be better to fly away at lunch) We just sit and waste time) Based on the analysis and conclusion, we do not want to return to this hotel anymore!!! And I will not recommend this hotel. Nobody!!!!! The reputation has ruined all relations on the economy of the hotel and the quality of services! This hotel doesn't cost a lot of money, like a good 4 in Turkey))) 120 thousand for two people for a week, but no more… The staff understands Russian when they need to, and when they don't, they don't) This is not the Rixos we are used to, it's just the name)) The money was changed to hotels at the reception. Car safaris, quad bikes and buggies can be reached in 15 minutes from the hotel.… A couple of us got $110. I really liked the hotel. The kitchen is awesome! The choice of food is large. The pools are clean, and lifeguards are on duty all the time. The beach is beautiful and clean. Animation in the evening for children is just GREAT! We will be happy to come back here again!

The hotel is definitely not worth the money. A maximum of 3 stars can be given. There is not even a bathrobe, slippers, or any personal hygiene items in the rooms. Checked in at 3 o'clock for. And they were evicted at 12 a.m. with two children. Although we had a flight at 23:35. Saying that we were no longer guests of the hotel, the children were not even allowed to feed. Sheer rudeness. We will never definitely return. We spent the whole day with the children in the salt lake until we were picked up at the airport. They didn't let me sleep or eat. The worst impressions.
