We had a family vacation in October, the weather was great, the sea was the warmest. We were afraid it would be very hot, but it was comfortable. We checked in ahead of schedule and upgraded the room completely free of charge, for which we thank you very much, the children were delighted with their room. Varied and delicious food, there is always something to choose from. Polite, customer-oriented staff. Interesting animation programs for children and adults. The only thing would be to put more sun beds on the beach, it is not always easy to find a free one. But in general, I liked everything. I definitely recommend it!

An ideal hotel for families with children. I haven't seen such a variety of dishes for a long time.Starting from porridge and ending with seafood daily. Ice cream and milkshakes are also included. The children's room is open until night.A beach with perfect white sand. There are always free sun beds. There are 16+ zones on the territory, I think this is an excellent solution. Daily room cleaning, as well as replenishment of the mini bar. A tennis court with rockets is also included in the price. I recommend it 100%.%

We stayed at the hotel from 14.10 to 21.10, a family of 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, 11 and 2 years old. One of the advantages: spacious room with sea view (2701), from all sides. Varied meals for adults. The sea is clean and warm. Among the disadvantages: there is a queue at the restaurant, there is really no food for a 2-year-old child, hard pasta, sausages, nuggets are from the children's menu. There are no free deck chairs, neither by the sea nor by the pool, there are always towels or things, although there is a sign that they will be cleaned in 30 minutes, nothing changes. There are no clean towels at sea, very few are brought and they quickly disperse. The problem is with clean glasses in bars by the sea, for some reason they are also constantly missing, and paper ones are only for water. In general, the impression is twofold, but we will not go there anymore.

Rixos Pyramids is our favorite hotel for families with children, we have been there 3 times, we are going back at the end of July 25, the advantages can be endless, delicious, fun and always interesting. Of course, there are disadvantages, how can there be without them) the main one is the sea of people)) Well, the rooms are tired, but we don't care, we loved it and we will come to it again and again.

Great beach and 16+ pool! It is impossible to find a sunbed by the pool or on the beach at 10 o'clock. Huge queues at the bar and restaurant. Standing over two glasses of beer for half an hour is not a thrill at all, why didn't they think of giving out beer in cans, as is done in neighboring hotels.You can't sign up for an appointment at all, the app doesn't really work, they tried to solve it through the reception, but they didn't help. There is no toilet near the beach, and the bar is closed from one to three. "Ultra all inclusive" simply did not justify itself, elite alcohol for an additional fee. In general, we came to rest and had a rest, we received positive emotions. I do not recommend the hotel, there are much better options in the same price range.

A wonderful place to relax with children. Animation for 5+, the food is varied and delicious, the entrance to the sea is shallow. One of the disadvantages: poor sound insulation of the windows, but the children slept well, and I always carry earplugs. There was a strange smell of garbage for two days. The hotel is great, of course, everything is fine, but it is already tired. It would not hurt to plant furniture and make repairs in the rooms. The beach is great, but this year it was made longer, and there are still as few sun beds as there were 2 years ago. We bought a Deluxe room with sea/pool view through the sun and fun tour operator. We wrote to the hotel in advance with a request to settle in the marmar building and indicated that it was our anniversary and we asked to consider our small request and settle in the chosen building. Everyone answered us very kindly, promised everything and did nothing. Rather, on the contrary, they tried. But let's start from the beginning... We arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m., check-in from 3 p.m. There was no queue at the reception, we were reminded about the building and about an hour later they gave us a room. The room is in the worst building of amjan, the room is super small with small windows and a view....of the desert and the factory. Let me remind you that we bought the room more expensive so that there would be a good view and a spacious room. They gave me the worst available room. I don't know what they were hoping for, I don't ignore it. They asked for the room to be changed, of course they refused, "hotel fulbooking, maybe tomorrow is not a fact." Anyway, I insisted, they reserved another room for me, but for the next day. In short, demand what you bought, the hotel expects that people will not be outraged, demand without tantrums, call the main managers, calmly explain the situation, making it clear that this cheating will not work, you do not need to give money to anyone, it is their job and duty to make your vacation uniquely wonderful.  Now about the room stock. As I said, they first gave me a small room on the 7th floor in the amjan building. The windows of the room are narrow, the outside is decorated with a type of dome projection. They are the same in all buildings. The room is about 15 meters, there is only a bed along the wall, there is an uncomfortable armchair in the corner, two bedside tables, there is no separate table with chairs, there is no balcony. The bathroom is micro, the shower door opens so you need to press against the wall to open it, the water from the shower flows onto the floor, the door does not close completely. They changed it to a new number in the zimart building, again not what we originally asked for and we were kindly promised to do in correspondence. But the room suited me, it's twice as big. There is an area with a sofa and a table. There is the same counter in front of the mirror with a kettle and a fridge, but there is also an armchair. The bathroom is also twice as large, the shower is behind a glass partition, nothing needs to be closed, water does not spill on the floor. The closet is 1.5 times bigger, there are shelves where you can put things, this was not the case in the previous issue. And the main advantage is a beautiful balcony with sea views, with furniture, where you can decompose in the evening and sit pleasantly. In general, we are happy with the room now, but we had to fight for it. Photos of the new room are attached. Toiletries. The set of tools is the same, if you need brushes, pastes and more, they are given out at the reception without any problems. The room has shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, body lotion - all in large tubes. I like it better this way, it's convenient. I also took a photo, you can see it. There are those who don't like it, but there is a suspicion that they don't like it because you can't take these products home. Cosmetics are all of good quality, pleasant oriental fragrance, sticky consistency. All kinds of shower caps, cotton pads, cotton swabs, paper napkins - plenty of everything. What extra things should the girls take with them? I would recommend aloe body gel, sunscreens are a must, I also took a face stick, it's great too! All with 45-50+ protection. Serum oil for hair, hair mask (it helped me a lot to keep my hair in such an active sun, bleach in the pool and sea water), fabric masks with aloe for every day of vacation (helps my face recover) and even my usual facial care. Next, the food. The buffet is not as huge as in Turkish olinkoyuziv, but it is good. Although I have read a lot of complaints, I do not agree with such sharply negative reviews. I have only 2 points - it turns out that breakfast should have red fish (you won't find it in the public domain) and disgusting fruits. Watermelons, apples, sometimes pears, terrible oranges, and pitahaya, which everyone hunts for, are not tasty. Also, vegetables are terrible, I haven't seen them for a long time, cucumbers and tomatoes are better in winter. Take the red fish according to the special scheme, I teach I saw it by accident and used it for the rest of my days. You go to the counter with appetizers and salads, straight from the entrance and to the left, at the end of the row. You ask the chefs there to "red fish, please" and they give you a portion, I'll say a lot right away, sometimes I couldn't eat everything. Otherwise, everything is of good quality, but not very diverse. We love fish, seafood, chicken - always there, grilled and stewed vegetables - always too. The cheeses are different and very good, but for some reason in the morning, although they are appropriate in the evening as an appetizer for wine. There are a lot of flour products, I tried it a couple of times - it's not particularly tasty, the Indians cook, they have a different style of cooking flour products, everything is a little greasy and viscous dough, the Turks get along with the dough much better. Well, that's good, it's harmful to eat flour. Drinks are packaged juices, there are no freshly squeezed juices, but they are of good quality. They will take you to an empty seat from the entrance, you go quietly with them, thank them, and if you don't like the place, just move yourself, no one is watching. The wine is Spanish, everything is good, we love wine, so we understand the quality a little, the wine here is not expensive, but of excellent quality, dry, semi-dry, red, pink, white. There is sparkling wine, it looks like prosecco, terrible, some kind of soda with a bitter taste, it will definitely give you a headache. Strong alcohol is unknown, we only drank it in cocktails, good and delicious, we liked it. If you want to drink something of famous brands, everything is there, but for money, and the prices are not adequate. There is a hookah, paid, according to reviews very bad and expensive. It's better to drink coffee in the lobby, it's the most delicious there. Pour into the right cups, you can sit inside or outside if you are in a swimsuit or even if there is a cape on top, which is correct. There is also the most delicious wine in the lobby! Even better than the restaurants in Alaska. Generally noticed the gradation of wines. The simplest and not particularly tasty ones are the main round bar on the street and the main restaurant. Then there are better wines - in restaurants in Alaska. And the best wine is in the lobby.  They serve it with mixed nuts, which are surprisingly delicious. We spent most evenings there. A pleasant atmosphere, they play the piano or the violin, serve quickly and there is no drunkenness in wet shorts I would also like to mention the passion of people to go in a swimsuit wherever they want. It only causes irritation. Walking around with fat asses in swimming trunks and swimsuits in a restaurant, lobby, just in a hotel is not decent, understand this! Well, the funny thing is, these are our people with packages from the World Bank or ozone. As they say, we're on a mission. But there will be signs. What's the problem with buying a beach bag? Restaurants in Alaska are optional :)) It's delicious only at the meat store, where the meat is really great.  Places with good service. Turkish is complete bullshit, Italian is the same, the pizza there is terrible. Our Asian friends also rejected it. Everything needs to be booked a day in advance. You will be given a memo with a QR code, and recording begins at 11 a.m. Don't be late, there won't be any seats available at 11:30. Although we realized that the main restaurant is better without an appointment. By the way, check the opening hours of these restaurants, they are not open every day.  The beach is large, the sand is gray, similar to coarse cement😀 someone wrote about the whitest sand, it's not true. There are not enough sun beds for everyone, many occupy them already from 6-6:30 in the morning. We arrived at 7:30 a.m., and there were only a couple of free sun beds. I came at 6:30, there were a lot of free sun beds, but you can only swim from 7 a.m., the lifeguard will monitor this. I think the topic of sun beds depends on the season. And I remind you that you need to stay human and not occupy sun beds. By the way, this is an international issue, not only Russians sin by booking places on the beach or near the pool. There are a lot of English speakers, Kazakhs, they come, they leave towels and then they don't show up. Some Arabs arrive around 10 a.m. and wander around the beach in disbelief in search of free sun beds.  It's beautiful on the beach in the morning, the water is clean, not disturbed, the sun is soft, I enjoyed spending time at sea until the 11th day, then the unbearable heat begins. By the way, I recommend taking towels in the evening and taking them to the room, because in the morning they are given out around 7:30.  The view from the sun beds is post-apocalyptic. Wherever you look, there is a construction site, and a large-scale one at that. Some kind of ugly center with a casino and a hotel is being built opposite, it looks like a haven for space monsters. A bridge is being built next to this monster, all with cranes.  On the right there will be a beautiful hotel with panoramic rooms, but the buzz from its construction site is from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. The sea itself is like a warm puddle with algae on the bottom and some kind of silt. It's still fine in the morning, by lunchtime the kids will shake up all the water and it won't be pleasant to swim at all. There are several pools, but we only went to infinity, it is only for adults. It cools down, there is a panorama of the sea and no screaming children. You can sit quietly and read a book or drink a mojito, there is a bar with all drinks.  There are separate pools for children, there are with small slides, but to be honest, they are not cozy, all the pools are rectangular, umbrellas, sun beds are flat and rectangular, there is no interesting idea with zoning, shade, as they do in Turkey, no bends of the pool to make it interesting to swim. In general, there are no interesting areas on the territory of the hotel, everything is done in a boring and monotonous way. Service. Nothing. Savings on personnel are visible. As I wrote above, they respond well to emails, but they don't do anything of the promised. They're just chatting nicely, that's all. Therefore, do not expect to come up with something romantic in advance, 100% will be completed in one place, if at all.  Hindus clean the rooms, which is a strange choice, since everyone knows that they are not particularly fanatical about cleanliness, so cleaning is appropriate.  There are Russian-speaking girls from Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan at the reception, they don't like Russians, it's obvious, they smile, they are kind enough, but their eyes betray them, they are extremely kind with their own. It doesn't bother me, I didn't expect any wow effect, just keep this fact in mind.  Alaska restaurants with very mixed service. Everything was fine at the meat store. It's disgusting in Turkish, you won't get any wine or water. The funniest guys on the beach, all black, don't understand shit, and then they stank so much that it was impossible to go to the stall for a towel.  The audience. There are no young people at all! If you are under 30, without children, you have nothing to do here. Couples with children come here, 30+, the average age without children is 45+, pensioners are 60+. There are still enough of our guys in white hooded jackets and with burnt faces. There are a lot of Kazakhs, these are Russians from 15 years ago, arrogant aunts in synthetic Fendi pareos and with fake Chloe and Dior beach bags. They don't know English at all and constantly yell at the poor waiters that they brought them something wrong. At 11 a.m., our Vaski and Kazakhs are already actively drinking whiskey. They are very much waiting for the opening of the bar. Hindus come over for the weekend, they're probably middle class, they behave themselves, they drink, but they're decent. There are Arabs who come in huge families with nannies. They are served separately somehow, they probably have a package with individual support.  That's the result. The hotel is not Rixos at all, but such a light option for three. It's not worth the money, it seemed to me. This is not an ultra-inclusive approach. It's not cozy, it's not beautiful, there's no service, the sea and the beach are complete nonsense.

My son's birthday, we decided to celebrate at this hotel.We have booked a room Premium Garden View Room (3AD),overlooking the garden ,with a balcony and no higher than 3 floors. (Everything was also indicated in the voucher)Upon check-in, we were given a room without a balcony, with a view of the road and the 5th floor. Tired, exhausted from the journey.we went down to the reception, asked to wait a little longer.... as a result, we were given a regular room with a small balcony and a 6th floor. We have been resting since 04.10.2025. Check-in starts at 15:00. After checking in with the children, the second set of underwear was knocked out with a fight closer to 23-00, I had to go to the reception 5 times, it is not clear why this issue cannot be considered immediately. There are always queues of 15-25 people in bars, if you want to drink, you will be standing. If you come to the beach at 09:00, then there are no sun beds at all, no one controls that there are no people, and things have been laid out since 6 a.m. You'll also have to go at 6 a.m. to book a place under an umbrella.:(The pool with slides is far from the main beach, if you left with the children, then you won't want to return to the sea. The room was nice, spacious with a balcony, modern renovation. An average queue of 20-30 people gathers at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but it goes fast enough. We will not return a second time, the Rixos hotel, chosen for a family holiday, did not impress us with its comfort and convenience. Of course, they didn't stay hungry, but it caused some inconvenience. Hotels usually have a lot to snack on from morning to night. There is no such thing here. After dinner, everything is... just peanuts at the bar and tasteless chips. The rooms are normal. The bar is also good. Some pools are heated. Well, the most important jamb is the sound of endless construction at night, as if you came to work on a shift basis and live in a trailer with round-the-clock construction. It also brought the smell of garbage for 4-5 days out of the entire vacation. Excursions are not bad, but this is a lot of creams and oils along the way ... disgusting, a waste of valuable time. The animation is good. The children's room is also great. In general, the rest was a success, for us these are not significant disadvantages. But I would like to do it a little differently.

They don't pull on Rixos… The hotel is designed for holidays with children. But the most "ambush" is the numbers. When booking a hotel, none of the tour operators warns that the Deluxe rooms do not have a guaranteed balcony. And so, upon arrival at the hotel, the running begins with indignation-where is my paid balcony?? Change it! But, alas, there are not enough balconies for everyone! Delicious food (buffet and several A la carte restaurants), a nice clean beach with perfect sand, 4 pools, including one 16+, one for children with slides (I recommend paying attention to the slides as early as possible). Reservations are opened every day from 11:00 a.m., and by 11:20 a.m., as a rule, all seats are already sorted. Sometimes there are queues for lunch or dinner, but if you come to the beginning of the meal, then there will be no queues at all. The hotel is quite crowded: there are a lot of vacationers, but here everyone has their own way, someone likes more crowded places. Conclusion: In general, I really liked the hotel, there was nothing that could cause discomfort, I'm shooting one star, due to the fact that some aspects of the hotel were not very thoughtful (for example, the ratio of the number of guests to the number of seats in restaurants is too high), but despite the disadvantages, rest in the result is quite high-quality.

We are currently staying at this hotel. There is BUT: The first negative is the number. The wall lamp does not work, the sink does not drain. There are no chairs on the balcony (they stand on all the balconies around), the view from the room is sad. From morning until lunch, a truck stands under the windows and rattles. As we understand it, the pump for watering the grass is working. Everything is clear, but it's annoying even with the windows closed! In the evening, there is a parking lot for buses, which are also running. Leaving the metropolis to listen to the truck and breathe the exhaust under the windows is a thrill. Therefore, if it is critical, immediately look at the number and change it without a view of the road. We packed up in the evening, and in the morning we heard a truck, but we were too lazy to pack up and move again. The cleaning schedule is unclear. They clean up one day in the morning, you can't wait another time. There are chemical-flavored milkshakes in the mini bar instead of children's juices. To pour the juice into the baby's drinking cup, you need to go to the bar. They gave 1,500rubles for two packs of juice at the hotel store, but that didn't help either, the juices don't last, and the refrigerator doesn't cool enough. There was no cot or extra bed. They asked for a bed, and they brought a wooden cot for a child, but the child is almost 2 years old, he hasn't slept in one for a long time, it was strange for him. There's a road nearby, a construction site, and it's all constantly making noise in the background. - the electricity was cut off for 2 hours at night - the air conditioner turned off and the emergency light in the room turned on, which could not be turned off - the food is not very good, there is no variety for children at all: every day for them there are only nuggets and fries…
