Everywhere there are restrictions of 16+, you cannot enter a normal pool with a child. The kid is 13 years old, swims like a fish in water. We go into the pool with a normal depth and immediately say, "16 + he can't come here! ". He is not allowed to enter a normal pool. By the way, he's 165 cm tall, obviously he won't drown.- 1 star. I liked the hotel as a whole, the large territory, many a la carte restaurants, a good animation program for both adults and children, many pools, the water in them is 30 degrees. But the rooms are already too old and many require repairs, towels have come across with holes, threads sticking out from all sides. The hotel is designed for families with children, but there is no normal children's kitchen. In the main restaurant for 10 days they never gave buckwheat, couscous, bulgur, pearl barley, only rice, pasta, French fries. Fish, meat, and chicken were almost always there. The sinks in the bathroom are high and deep, a child less than 140 cm is unlikely to reach normally. They asked the reception for child stands, but there are none in the hotel. Every time I had to pick up the children to wash or wash their hands, because they couldn't get out on their own. Just during the stay, the beach was closed and the beach to which they were taking was with a poor entrance to the sea, it was inconvenient to be there, because there were few sun beds and the transfer time took about 30-40 minutes in each direction. My husband had a birthday during his stay, they warned us before arrival to congratulate us, but we had to call and remind him several times, and in the end, only at 10 p.m. they brought a small cake, explaining that the "do not disturb" button was on, but they called several times to ask if we needed cleaning. We could also ask if we're in the room or not, and what congratulations are coming now. But even considering all these disadvantages, this is the most optimal price-performance hotel, except for the Mövenpick, where the white sand on the beach is from the Maldives)

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel, to say that we were shocked by what happened to it is an understatement.… We had a rest from 25.04 to 04.05 2025..we flew in without children , had a rest with my husband ( thank God that without them, otherwise we would have had even more indignation), and invited my brother and sister with us ( they are shocked by this A la Rixos-a ) Our surprise was that upon early check-in, you have to pay for breakfast (since check-in starts at 15.00 and it supposedly is not included) ... 100 dirhams per person..(this is an innovation - this has never happened before, no matter how many times we arrived, we always used everything before checking in)… Bracelets were introduced 🤦♀️ at first , people who had not worn them before , but then they began to ask them at bars and in restaurants ( we do not serve them without a bracelet ) , well , we put on bracelets ) we go to the bar , there is also a room number to be called every time 🤣 generally trash , bartenders also in the tablet they write down that they let go -the result is queues .. in the 16+ zone, the guy was not given a phantom - they say, give me a passport. There is less food in restaurants ( the children's corner has been removed), animation has been cut by half, if the program used to change every day , now African-American girls sing one day ( of course they have cool voices , but they sing such nonsense that people just leave and, accordingly, no one even dances ) , another day a couple of songs The 90s (they did well) and the third team of dancers (everything is not bad , but knowing how it was before, there was disappointment from such a program)… It was also always possible to eat at the burger joint and take beer or wine in the billiard room until 01.00, but now the burger joint is open until 17, after 00.00 they don't give alcohol ... but this is really not so critical.… The sun beds have been occupied by people since 7 , or even earlier... poor people with strollers , because the beach has almost doubled in size , they just dragged them along the sand , horror The bay is good, but it often smelled like a swamp ((( The most interesting thing is that when you check out of your room (at 12.00), you can no longer use anything in the hotel, both in the restaurant and in the bar -it's a nightmare, and if people with children suddenly have to pay extra for everything (lunch 150 dirhams per person from adults) ... in general, either pay or starve. … We wrote to our tour operator about such Terrible innovations that this is no longer the same hotel that it was before, so that when paying SUCH money, they would know what awaits them.... We always used to recommend this hotel to our friends, but now we won't fly there, and neither will our friends... the tour operator has deployed several people, redirecting them to other places.... Thanks to the bay and the sun, they added at least positivity to the staff in such moments of indignation.… It's a pity that the change of manager changed everything so much..... We loved this hotel and became friends with many of the staff..,

No greeting at the time of check-in (I'm talking about juice, water, etc., as is customary in normal fives), it's simple and tedious to look for available staff in the station lobby to check in. 2. The decoration, furniture and plants in the lobby are as clean as possible... There's a horse in a glass box. 3. The rooms look like they went through a war (everything is in the photo). We had two rooms and both were killed and dirty (hair, glass, dust, etc.) the rooms had broken furniture, torn sofas, rusty plumbing, etc. We changed our two rooms to one with three bedrooms, it was a little better, but also dirty furniture, plumbing, etc. 4. We arrived at the hotel on 04/29, now we are here. To put it in one word, it's not Rixos. Anyone familiar with the Rixos line will understand me. Let's start from the beginning with the fact that they offer to move into a new renovated room with an additional payment of $ 1,600 for 7 days. We refused because we couldn't understand why, if we already have a family room and it's a Rixos, it can't be bad here. As a result, the room is large with a balcony, but it is very very old, the air conditioning system with such dirty grates is just incredible, the plumbing is absolutely falling apart, the flooring is terribly dirty. The room is very very tired. The most incredible thing is that there are no free sun beds by the pool!!!!! Queues, huge queues to come in for lunch and dinner. Queues to get coffee in the dining room , queues to get juice or water by the pool !! Even the fact that children can only take milkshakes to the lobby bar is already so surprising that there is nothing to say!!! Children can only take water or artificial juice by the pool or on the beach. The only thing that pleases is a more or less clean sandy beach, but construction is underway everywhere along the coast. We definitely won't come here a second time. Overall, the bottom line: it's not Rixos, it wasn't even close.
