The dishes used to be perfectly washed, now they save on money, streaks are visible. We often go to this hotel. The last time was in May, before that in January. Although the hotel is being updated, these improvements are still not enough. The beach is big, there are not enough sun beds. The towels are torn, worn, and burnt out. They constantly ask for the number both in the lobby and in the bar. I have an ultra all inclusive bracelet. There is also a queue at the restaurant and they ask for the number. I've never been asked before. The room costs 50000r per day and there are such disadvantages and after 12.00 on the day of departure, meals for money, if you arrive before 12.00, you can only have lunch. This should not be the case in ultra all inclusive. Because it's ultra, not all inclusive. Saving on everything. The owners of the sheikhs want to earn a lot of money from us. They don't take into account families with young children. The cost of a paid lunch in the main restaurant is 100 dirhams for an adult, 50 dirhams for a child under 12 years old. Shame on the Rixos!!! The rooms were converted from huge rooms to small ones. Now practically many people are connecting. This is convenient if a family or two families are nearby. One hallway for two rooms. It used to be one huge room. Money comes first. They don't give me rooms right away, two families arrived with me. Some tipped, they were immediately given the keys, others were not given-go for a walk. In general, if you want to change the room in this hotel, there are always excuses. There are no rooms, come back tomorrow, there will be a good room, tomorrow is the same story. It's not possible to be outside in the evening, it smells like fertilizers or sewage irrigation, and it's been like this for several days, even the smell goes away in the room. Sorry, it's not even a smell, it's a stink!!! Maybe the sewage system is being drained into the sea at this time. Instead of sea air, breathe g.... Maybe it's even some kind of harmful smell. The hotel administration does not say anything specific. Not from them, from other hotels, from the construction site, the smell of the island..... The sea is tidal, there is a lot of algae, mud, which was cleaned in our presence once a week. But this is only 1%, the rest are at the bottom. Swimming is not pleasant. Music plays late on some days, so you can't fall asleep. The restaurant, where they used to sit outdoors, was closed with plastic windows, it's stuffy, now you can sit outside in a small area where there are flies, pigeons and seals. The food is more or less decent, but some dishes have gone completely, the assortment is suffering compared to before. They give me chemical ice cream, I specifically looked at the lid with the composition. The room is clean, nice, the bed linen is neat, the furniture and curtains are new, there are mini mats. If you remove these disadvantages, you can set it to 5. But it takes a lot of work. And not only for the hotel, but for the whole UAE, to stop polluting the air, soil, and sea. Especially with regard to the health and safety of children, because no one wants to get sick with rotovirus or Coxsackie on vacation, dash harmful substances and swim in them. Clean up, de-identify, improve, clean up together with the authorities. Before you go here, read the reviews, go to the bad ones first, everything will be clear. There are new towels on the beach today. Hurray! Not everything has been replaced, of course, but it's nice. In the lobby, they began to spray disinfectant on the tables. I am updating the review on November 8. We're still here. It becomes impossible to sleep even at night. I went to a local website where air pollution is measured. The drivers are not qualified, they do not know where to go, there is a construction site, he went, got stuck, almost overturned the bus while trying to leave. As a result, we walked. In Rixos, if there is a light breeze, the workers close their umbrellas from the sun, even if you tell them 10 times not to, they will still close them and not allow them to open, even if they burn there.And they're sitting under umbrellas! I went to a teen club with my 10-year-old daughter, they weren't allowed to play air hockey with her, like only kids with kids can play. But there were no children there either. And I'm 160 tall and 50 in weight. Kicked out! I was also not allowed to play billiards with my daughter! The show is an amateur performance, a guy disguised as Michael Jackson, girls dancing and spinning on a pole, a saxophonist and a violinist....
