Our stay at Ajman Hotel & Villas was absolutely wonderful and exceeded every expectation. The whole experience felt relaxing and welcoming from the first moment to the last. Our 2-year-old daughter loved every minute of the stay, which made it even more special for us as a family.The staff is incredibly friendly, cordial, and genuinely attentive. Every interaction felt warm, and the team always did their best to make us feel at home. Their positive attitude and professionalism contributed greatly to the overall enjoyment of our stay.The cocktails at the hotel are excellent, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor, making each drink feel like a treat. Elijah, the barman, was especially kind and welcoming, and his superlative cocktails were a real highlight. The hotel is located very good . Close to Sharjah airport . Only 20 km . Rooms are nice . We received a perfect upgrade - was a wonderful surprise . Food is perfect , very hard to decide what to eat .

Wonderful hotel, I really liked everything! Excellent service - they clean twice a day, there are enough soap dishes and towels, the restaurant is well served, they will always help and prompt, the food is delicious, everyone can find meat, fish, shrimps and crabs to their liking. The Zanzibar Bar is the jewel of this hotel, with a beautiful view of the sea, pleasant music and delicious cocktails. I recommend taking ultra all inclusive, then you don't have to think about anything at all. The beach is private, clean, wide, sun beds with soft mats, towels are enough, drinks, fruits, ice cream are served. There is a shower, a place to wash your feet from the sand, changing rooms, rescuers are on duty. A magnificent infinity pool with warm (too warm for me) water. The bombastic sea is clean, beautiful, the entrance to the sea is gentle and very pleasant. We were in the last week of January - the sea was cool, but we went swimming anyway. We took a transfer to Dubai - the journey takes at least 2 hours due to traffic jams. I liked Dubai, my friends met us and showed us the Mosque city, the Sail, the Palm Tree, the Dubai Marina and the Burj Khalifa and the fountains!!! It was my mother's birthday while on vacation, so she was beautifully congratulated during dinner and handed a card with a personal greeting from the hotel manager, it was very pleasant. In general, I recommend visiting the hotel and we will definitely return.

A wonderful hotel. We had a vacation with children (12 and 12 years old). From November 15 to November 25, 2025. I really liked it. The rooms are cozy and clean. The interior of the halls is elegant, and there is live piano music in the evening. Thanks to the florists who make bouquets of fresh flowers of extraordinary beauty. Thanks to the administration (director), who quickly resolved all the misunderstandings during check-in. The territory is landscaped, there are many shrubs and flowering trees. The beach and the sea are the cleanest!!! The children were happy! Special thanks to the chefs. Very tasty and varied food. At the entrance to the restaurant, the receptionist Svetlana greeted us every day with an amazing smile and kind greetings, which lifted our mood and appetite. Thanks to all the staff, humble hard workers!

It's a very nice hotel. We have something to compare it with, we have been to the UAE several times, in quite expensive hotels. The food is delicious, and there are themed cuisines several days a week. They even gave out crabs for seafood dinner. The staff is friendly and helps with all questions. If you get hurt, lose something, or lock the key in your room, they will help you immediately. If you go with full plates, they will offer to carry them. The restaurant serves you quickly. The beach is not very big, but it is clean. The coastline is convenient. There are not a lot of sun beds, you have to take them in the morning. There is a bar on the beach by the water. The pools are clean and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned perfectly, the rooms themselves are large, they can accommodate 3 single beds. One of the disadvantages is that the hotel's territory is small, you can't really walk around.

I really liked everything! We lived in the villa at number 909. They greeted us with sweets, dates and champagne. Everything was tidy and very clean. There was a plate of fruit, and capsules with coffee and milk were attached to the coffee machine. I had everything I needed. There are all accessories in the bathroom. There are bathrobes, a safe, and slippers in the closets. In general, everything in the room is gorgeous. They came to clean up every day. The hotel itself is great. We took half-board meals, i.e. breakfast and dinner or lunch of your choice were included. We didn't have lunch. The food is excellent and does not bother. The hotel also has Ala kart restaurants, bars, a bowling alley and even a Starbucks, a gym, and a spa. Everything for a good rest is there and in excellent quality. The beach is gorgeous, but it's better to take sun beds in advance, but there will definitely be free places near the beach. Pools are also 10/10. We went from the end of November to the beginning of December. I really liked everything, I definitely recommend it to everyone. Would you come here again

But the staff is excellent, the cuisine is excellent, the territory is well maintained. Every third day, the cuisine of the peoples of the world. In the evening, a great singer performs at the dinner. Beautiful heated infinity pool. Oskar alcohol store is located very close by, for those who need it. There is a free bus service to Dubai Mall twice a day. But most importantly, it is the most magnificent beach of the hotel with white sand, a gentle approach and a width of about 350 meters. Many guests come here precisely because of the beach. I recommend this hotel for relaxation.

We're leaving today, it's a pity to part. I will write about those questions that were in the reviews earlier. : - you can't hear the construction site at all. - the food in the restaurant is very tasty, there is enough of everything, freshly squeezed juice, salmon, smoked mackerel, delicious pastries every day - a warm pool with a temperature of 33 degrees, you can swim in winter, towels are prepared before the arrival of guests, beautifully folded on deck chairs. If one thing is not enough, you can take as much extra as you want. - the staff is well-trained, I have never seen so much care anywhere. - at Christmas, we gave everyone boxes of chocolates and made a concert, it was very sweet and sincere. - the cleaning is beyond praise. We had our bed linen and towels changed daily. Please, it would be possible to add music in public places, on the beach. And don't settle on the ground floor - refuse right away.

Advantages of the hotel: 1. Exclusively customer-oriented service, there are Russian-speaking managers (if it is important to anyone), the director tries to delve into all the problems himself and organize their quick solution. 2. Good cleaning - even on the beach, they constantly wipe and wash. 3. The longest private beach on the coast, the entrance to the sea is shallow, but the water is clear. Minuses: 1. Sun beds on the beach in convenient places should be booked through the staff for an additional fee, or if there are larks, by yourself, since 90% of the area is touristy. 2. The rooms are not all renovated, those below the 8th floor are slightly shabby. 3. The buffet menu is monotonous for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 4. Russian tourists, especially those from the regions, bring their drinking habits here on the beach and on balconies, swearing. 5. The hotel sells beach and pool passes to third parties, so Russian-speaking girls with low social responsibility may meet on the beach, accompanied by local Arabs, behaving as they used to at home.

We stayed at the Ajman Hotel (formerly Kempinski). Very, very friendly and competent staff. This is probably how it should be in 5-star hotels. The room is on the 7th floor, the view is just a fairy tale. On 10/16/2025, we booked an individual tour of Magnificent Dubai from the operator Ekaterina at the hotel. On 10/18/2025, we went on this tour to Dubai with Anastasia, a tour guide. I liked everything very much: individual approach, organization and punctuality, comfortable transfer. The guide Anastasia told a lot of facts about the country, its inhabitants, and sights. We visited many iconic places in Dubai, took a bunch of memorable photos, and rode a catamaran through the night in Dubai, surrounded by neon lights. Special thanks to Ekaterina for organizing the tour.

I've been staying at this hotel for the last four years, and only in it! I liked this hotel immediately after my first visit. Everything is fine in it👍 Starting from the reception, accommodation, pleasant cozy rooms and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention my vacation last fall from October 13 to October 23, 2025 By the will of fate, I was relaxing in a villa overlooking the garden, with access to the upper level with a relaxation area. It's just something with something👍 A luxury villa with lots of nice things, the bed was changed every day, a plate of seasonal fruits every day. Vacation 6+! I already want to go there again. Respect to the guys! I would especially like to mention Regina, we were surrounded by her attention and care.🙏

Great hotel. Friendly staff. There are Russian-speaking staff. Large beach area. The entrance to the sea is gentle and sandy. The cleaning is good. The advantage of this hotel is that all rooms have windows facing the sea. There is a food court across the street from the hotel. There are many fast food cafes. Cafe Al Tarbouch is generally top! We went there for lunch and dinner.

Well, our vacation is coming to an end, we have the last hours left at the hotel, and we are ready to share our impressions. I am grateful for the reviews - the first trip to Ajman, to this hotel, and a lot of impressions. The hotel is good, the food is varied, delicious, what should be hot is hot, what should be cold is cold)) the service is 5-plus, the staff is polite, friendly, and always with a smile, bravo, the cleanliness in the room is above all praise, we never found the room during cleaning, but perfect cleanliness was waiting for us at any time (straight Fixies, honestly) Flying home to Moscow (the best let's take a piece of the sun, warmth and hospitality of this wonderful place with us!!! I recommend the hotel and rest here - for all 1000%!!!

The hotel I didn't want to leave and I really want to come back from!!! I liked everything! Pleasant little things: beach towels without cards are freely available, spread out in advance on sun beds, and you can also take them yourself. You'll even get your glasses wiped on the beach! The beach is large and wide, the sea is clear, you can watch fish and crabs near the rocks. They serve ice cream, watermelons, and water. There is a heated children's pool with a canopy, just a godsend for families with young children. Special attention should be paid to the swimming pool with sea views and the Infinity bar, where a DJ is playing at sunset. The food is of high quality, all dishes are cooked deliciously, there are themed dinners, and brunch with seafood on Saturdays. We had an all-inclusive service where you get vouchers for lunch and dinner, as well as vouchers to an Italian restaurant. One voucher is 100 dirhams. You can exchange them in Bukhara (a lobster costs 3 vouchers) and in Zanzibar (a large plate of seafood is worth a try). Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to Svetlana, the hostess at the main restaurant. A super customer-oriented employee and just a nice girl. She always helped and was very helpful. I will note a small nuance about the cot: it is tiny, 80 centimeters long, if you are traveling with a child over 3 years old, keep this in mind.

A wonderful hotel, we were satisfied with the rest in general. I want to share and praise the management's approach to tourists. We had an overnight flight, and upon arrival at the hotel, we were offered breakfast as a compliment, since our vacation coincided with the anniversary of one family member on the day of arrival, we were given a gift, a room of a higher category, and then a cake. The food in the hotel is simply beyond all praise, there is a lot of meat, seafood, cheeses, sausages, fruits. Everyone is complementing the time, the staff are working like bees. The cosmetics in the rooms are excellent, the beach is clean, fine sand, the entrance to the sea is gentle, the beach area is 300 meters, there are enough sun beds for everyone. Since we have been to the Emirates more than once in 5* hotels, but I can say that this turned out to be the best for us.

The hotel is not bad. I didn't see any categorical disadvantages. 1. I did not see a single Russian-speaking manager at the reception, and this is very important for people who do not know English. This was very necessary to solve the problem: initially we were accommodated in a room with a door to the next room, which can be opened if necessary for the family, because of it the audibility is very strong. As a result, they were relocated. But the room stock is just tired. 2. The food variety is very limited. It's basically the same thing every day. But they weren't hungry. If you go for a long enough time, I think you'll get bored quickly. The wine is not delicious. 3. A separate big plus is the pool area. In winter, it is heated and very comfortable. And safety at altitude! There's a lifeguard on every corner, and they're really watching! 3. The beach. That's the most important reason why I want to return to the season. White clean sand and the sea! In January, for me, the water temperature of 20 degrees is cold. But some people even swam. 4. We went on excursions twice. We returned in the evenings. It's the way back that makes you terribly tired. Terrible traffic jams! I hardly want to return to this hotel, most likely I will look at other hotels in Ajman. Something newer.

We had two vacations with my wife at this hotel, everything is always excellent: great staff and attitude to guests, nice rooms with constant cleaning, well-groomed, green territory, constantly busy evenings in the lobby and restaurants with excellent live music, slaughter food with frequent dinners in the style of different cuisines of the world. And the beach is definitely the best in Ajman - big, wide, clean and safe. Special thanks to the staff of the hotel Regina and Tatiana, you are very good fellows! I will add to my review: we are visiting this hotel for the 4th time, we were in the middle of September 2025 and everything is fine again. The approach to the hotel guests in the restaurant area has changed for the better, the work of the whole team is certainly visible here, but I would like to say a special thank you to Svetlana and Hannah, girls - you are great fellows and real rays of kindness, light, customer orientation and high professionalism. Keep it up !!

There are no complaints about the hotel at all. Nice mattress and pillows. Snow-white bed linen, towels, bathrobes, and all this changed every day. Room cleaning every day for 5+. The food is also without complaints. All products are fresh, and there is a good and varied selection of dishes. And souffle is a fairy tale. The beach is nice, though the water is a little shallow. And here's the main pool... I registered in it)) Half-sun beds in the water is a great idea! All the staff is friendly and tries to solve any of your questions as soon as possible. Professionals work at this hotel. We'll be happy to come back.

A great hotel for a relaxing stay, without animation and discos, not a youth hotel. The beach and the sea are just a dream, white clean sand, there are always sun beds, the pool is warm. The menu for the week is varied, everything is fresh and very high quality, seafood, meat, fish every day. The rooms are small, the bed is comfortable and large, everything is working, cleaned every day. They take you to the Dubai Mall. I want to return to this hotel. I definitely recommend it!

The best hotel to visit in the UAE. All services are working fine. Wide coastline, plenty of space on the beach and in the pool area. They distribute cold water and provide any assistance with glasses. The work in the bar is well done, you don't have to wait. The reception service is very clear. At the entrance to the hotel, the luggage is met and delivered to the room. The registration is fast without unnecessary formalities. There are no restrictions on food during check-in. We arrived at 6.30, went to breakfast at 7.00. We changed our clothes and went shopping on the beach. By lunchtime, we checked in without wasting any time waiting. The staff is very friendly and responds quickly and clearly to any request. The drinks are decent, they bring them without restrictions. I recommend.

We stayed at this hotel from January 13 to January 20, 2026. We really liked the attention to detail, aesthetics, live music, themed dinners and all that. The hotel is conveniently located, and you can take a taxi for 25 dirhams to Ajman City Center, where everything is available. We were on vacation just yesterday, on 10.26.25. The hotel surprised with its hospitality and comfort. Service without comments. It is possible to exchange currency in it. The service is great. Everyone is friendly and eager to please. Tips are always welcome, apparently rarely given. On our last day, we ordered lunch boxes to take with us on the road. The transfer arrived ahead of schedule and the waiter was rushing the chef to get them to us as soon as possible.
