Our stay at Ajman Hotel & Villas was absolutely wonderful and exceeded every expectation. The whole experience felt relaxing and welcoming from the first moment to the last. Our 2-year-old daughter loved every minute of the stay, which made it even more special for us as a family.The staff is incredibly friendly, cordial, and genuinely attentive. Every interaction felt warm, and the team always did their best to make us feel at home. Their positive attitude and professionalism contributed greatly to the overall enjoyment of our stay.The cocktails at the hotel are excellent, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor, making each drink feel like a treat. Elijah, the barman, was especially kind and welcoming, and his superlative cocktails were a real highlight. We were at the Ajman Hotel in the middle of July 2025. Overall, I liked everything. Of the advantages: A good medium-sized territory, a large beach, lots of sun beds, there are always free ones. Gentle entrance to the sea, hot water. Two pools, one of which is infinity. The staff are friendly, they are constantly cleaning up, they are running a marathon. There is a free shuttle service to Dubai Mall twice a day (about an hour drive). There are several restaurants on site, Indian (there were none), Italian (they cook for a long time, the pizza is average, the snacks are interesting), a pool bar and a bar where you can eat burgers + the main restaurant. There is a buffet in the main restaurant. That's enough, and it's decent for an all-inclusive Emirati. I would like to single out and thank the receptionist at the entrance to the restaurant, Svetlana. She was always ready to help, explain, prompt! Unfortunately, this cannot be said about many other hotel administrators. Speaking of cons: If there are no questions for the cleaning staff, then the administrators are not the strong side of the hotel. It was our anniversary, which we warned about at the entrance, they promised us a present, but they safely scored, referring to the "do not enter" sign that hung during our absence. When we left for Dubai, we warned when we would be in the room so as not to miss the congratulations. During a conversation with the Russian-speaking manager (blonde) about extending the check-out hour, we mentioned that we had an anniversary. And after that, they brought us a cake. He wasn't so much needed, especially at night.… We didn't know what compliments the hotel makes on such dates, we just wanted to feel good about the holiday. Also, the disadvantages include a tired room stock, but the hotel is 25 years old. Periodically, cigarette smoke was sucked up to the 6th floor from below and the door to the balcony was loosely closed, which is important at 39 degrees at night, because the room is damp. Overall, again, I liked it. They always left tips for the staff. For 9 nights, all inclusive, we got 188k (the season will be ~ 350-400k). In terms of heat, it was 40-43 during the day, under 40 at night, we swam before 12 and after 16-17, after a couple of days we got used to it, it wasn't as hellish as in Dubai.

The stay at the hotel from 25.07 to 4.08 left extremely positive impressions. The beach holiday exceeded all expectations. The sea turned out to be surprisingly warm, and the snow-white sand created the atmosphere of a real tropical paradise with locations for atmospheric photos. The beach is well equipped and well maintained, which makes your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel staff as a whole deserves the highest praise. The staff demonstrate exceptional competence, care and professionalism from cleaning the premises to resolving any issues that arise. The hotel's restaurants (and there are 3 of them) were pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes and the high level of culinary skills. The chef has created an amazing menu where everyone will find something to their liking. The waiters in the restaurant, lobby and bar work smoothly, professionally and with a sincere smile. The tour service is organized at the highest level. The organized trips exceeded all expectations. The sightseeing tour of Dubai turned out to be bright, intense and absolutely not exhausting, despite visiting the street attractions in 38 degrees Celsius, and visiting the La Perle show became a real cultural event – a musical and acrobatic performance with impressive special effects left an indelible impression. I recommend Ajman Hotel to everyone who appreciates high-quality service, comfort and unforgettable vacation experiences. We would like to thank the hotel manager Aziz, the tour manager at the Teymur Hotel, who was so attentive to all our requests and wishes, as well as the restaurant staff Anastasia and Svetlana.

It's a very nice hotel. We have something to compare it with, we have been to the UAE several times, in quite expensive hotels. The food is delicious, and there are themed cuisines several days a week. They even gave out crabs for seafood dinner. The staff is friendly and helps with all questions. If you get hurt, lose something, or lock the key in your room, they will help you immediately. If you go with full plates, they will offer to carry them. The restaurant serves you quickly. The beach is not very big, but it is clean. The coastline is convenient. There are not a lot of sun beds, you have to take them in the morning. There is a bar on the beach by the water. The pools are clean and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned perfectly, the rooms themselves are large, they can accommodate 3 single beds. One of the disadvantages is that the hotel's territory is small, you can't really walk around.

I really liked everything! We lived in the villa at number 909. They greeted us with sweets, dates and champagne. Everything was tidy and very clean. There was a plate of fruit, and capsules with coffee and milk were attached to the coffee machine. I had everything I needed. There are all accessories in the bathroom. There are bathrobes, a safe, and slippers in the closets. In general, everything in the room is gorgeous. They came to clean up every day. The hotel itself is great. We took half-board meals, i.e. breakfast and dinner or lunch of your choice were included. We didn't have lunch. The food is excellent and does not bother. The hotel also has Ala kart restaurants, bars, a bowling alley and even a Starbucks, a gym, and a spa. Everything for a good rest is there and in excellent quality. The beach is gorgeous, but it's better to take sun beds in advance, but there will definitely be free places near the beach. Pools are also 10/10. We went from the end of November to the beginning of December. I really liked everything, I definitely recommend it to everyone. Would you come here again

I'm with my family at the hotel right now. Well-maintained territory, courteous staff. The furniture is a little tired, but there's no cheap plastic, just wood. The hotel is very busy right now, it seems to me, but there are enough sun beds both in the pools and at sea. Sea: warm, the sand is white and clean. It was possible to swim for two days out of 3 days spent. There's a wind today, and a red flag is hanging. Alcohol: I don't drink strong drinks, the guys say there's a poor choice. Beer is normal, bottled jiandao or budweiser. Ice cream is available at the bar. There are about 10 cocktails in the all-inclusive system. Guests: the majority (approximately 80%) are Russian speakers. Everything is on the light. Food: there is a choice for every taste: meat, fish, etc. There is a separate children's table with our usual soups, pasta, and French fries. There is no animation at all. For children: a children's pool with a canopy (children swim in the shade), this is a real respect. There is a children's club. In short, I highly recommend it to those who want to relax in the all-inclusive system.

Never come here in the summer. The ideal time is October. Food, service, staff - everything is standard, at a good average level. Excellent location and a large beach. While there are few intourists, you can always find free sun beds and an umbrella. When there are more guests from Europe than from the USSR, you will have to go to the beach early and take seats. The ideal solution is a villa. It's expensive, but with its own sun beds and a relaxation area on the terrace, some with a swimming pool. The territory of the hotel is well maintained and well maintained, the communal pools are good, but I have never used them - the sea is clean and warm, only after excitement it brings algae and debris. The beach is cleaned regularly. The ideal shallow sandy entrance to the sea is especially important for kids. Dubai is 40-60 minutes away by taxi, Yandex works. I recommend.

A good hotel for a beach holiday (according to the "all inclusive" system. The food, drinks, and alcohol are all of excellent quality. There is a huge beach (no hotel on the Ajman coast has such a large beach), an Infinity pool. The only disappointment was that there was absolutely nowhere to walk near the hotel, we walked along the local embankment a couple of times, it was boring there. We got to Dubai by free shuttle from the hotel, and back by taxi 150 dirhams (3750 RUB). The hotel is suitable for a relaxing family (well, a very relaxing holiday), not for young people, young people will be bored.

We visited this hotel in June 2025. I liked the service, very attentive staff, delicious and varied food. The hotel is not new, but everything is very clean. The rooms are large. Towels are changed every day. There is everything you need: slippers, bathrobes and personal hygiene products. The sea was stormy for several days, but we had a great swim in the pool. We fell in love with this hotel and went to it again in August. Although we were scared that it was hot, but we were lucky, the whole week was 37-39 and the sea was calm. The food is very tasty. We stayed at the Ajman Hotel (formerly Kempinski). Very, very friendly and competent staff. This is probably how it should be in 5-star hotels. The room is on the 7th floor, the view is just a fairy tale. On 10/16/2025, we booked an individual tour of Magnificent Dubai from the operator Ekaterina at the hotel. On 10/18/2025, we went on this tour to Dubai with Anastasia, a tour guide. I liked everything very much: individual approach, organization and punctuality, comfortable transfer. The guide Anastasia told a lot of facts about the country, its inhabitants, and sights. We visited many iconic places in Dubai, took a bunch of memorable photos, and rode a catamaran through the night in Dubai, surrounded by neon lights. Special thanks to Ekaterina for organizing the tour.

A wonderful hotel. We had a vacation with children (12 and 12 years old). From November 15 to November 25, 2025. I really liked it. The rooms are cozy and clean. The interior of the halls is elegant, and there is live piano music in the evening. Thanks to the florists who make bouquets of fresh flowers of extraordinary beauty. Thanks to the administration (director), who quickly resolved all the misunderstandings during check-in. The territory is landscaped, there are many shrubs and flowering trees. The beach and the sea are the cleanest!!! The children were happy! Special thanks to the chefs. Very tasty and varied food. At the entrance to the restaurant, the receptionist Svetlana greeted us every day with an amazing smile and kind greetings, which lifted our mood and appetite. The hotel is super! I was here for the first time a long time ago, when he was still Kempinski. Back then, the beach was the longest and cleanest, and it still is. There are more than enough sun beds and umbrellas. There are plenty of showers and changing rooms, which is very convenient. The food is very tasty. It focuses more on European cuisine. There are always lots of fruits. The staff is very nice! Many people speak Russian (if it's important to someone). Sometimes, with a simultaneous influx of people, the staff puts guests in neighboring restaurants. I don't see a problem with that, because the service is very fast everywhere. The rooms are renovated and large. New rooms have been completed on the 1st floor. They're huge. Extra beds are built into cupboards. Touch sensors for room lighting. Cool! The hotel has villas, 4 swimming pools, and tennis courts. There is a shuttle service to DubayMall 2 times a day. The overall impression is excellent!!!

We are staying in this beautiful hotel now (from 07/19/26/2025). The hotel is beautiful, the service is impeccable. The food is delicious, great fruits, desserts. Lots of meat and fish dishes. The alcohol is local, but of good enough quality. The reception staff is excellent, they understand and speak Russian. Aziz met us, he was very friendly, he would always help and tell us. We are newlyweds, on the day of arrival we were given a suite (absolutely free)!!! Special thanks to Aziz for this! The beach and pools are clean, everything is well maintained!!! The guys sing great in the evenings!!! Anastasia, a very nice girl, works in the restaurant, and thank you for everything!!!! I recommend the hotel to everyone!!!!

If one thing is not enough, you can take as much extra as you want. - the staff is well-trained, I have never seen so much care anywhere. - at Christmas, we gave everyone boxes of chocolates and made a concert, it was very sweet and sincere. - the cleaning is beyond praise. We had our bed linen and towels changed daily. Please, it would be possible to add music in public places, on the beach. And don't settle on the ground floor - refuse right away.

We had two vacations with my wife at this hotel, everything is always excellent: great staff and attitude to guests, nice rooms with constant cleaning, well-groomed, green territory, constantly busy evenings in the lobby and restaurants with excellent live music, slaughter food with frequent dinners in the style of different cuisines of the world. And the beach is definitely the best in Ajman - big, wide, clean and safe. Special thanks to the staff of the hotel Regina and Tatiana, you are very good fellows! I will add to my review: we are visiting this hotel for the 4th time, we were in the middle of September 2025 and everything is fine again. The approach to the hotel guests in the restaurant area has changed for the better, the work of the whole team is certainly visible here, but I would like to say a special thank you to Svetlana and Hannah, girls - you are great fellows and real rays of kindness, light, customer orientation and high professionalism. Well, our vacation is over... It was incredibly beautiful and lovingly done. The AjMAN Hotel is incredibly beautiful, all with love for vacationers... I write and cry... We had a rest from 08/19/25 to 08/26/25 , so I'm sitting in the hotel waiting for a transfer to the airport and writing this review...Upon arrival, we were met at the reception by a handsome young man with a charming smile named Bassem, we always contacted him, he will tell us everything, and even on the day of departure we asked how much it would cost to extend the room for a couple of hours (check-out at 12:00), he said: You are free until 14:00... It's so valuable when everything is for people... Amazing girls in the restaurant, kind, helpful, caring - thank you very much... Thanks to the chefs for the delicious food, there was so much meat for lunch and dinner, a variety of dishes, fish, sweets, fruits... The Head Chef always came up and asked: is everything okay? ... The territory is clean - one day I woke up at 4:00 a.m. , went out on the balcony and saw the guys walking and wiping the metal railings and fences - thank them so much for their care ... The beach is incredible - the sand is snow-white, the sand and sun beds are cleaned every morning, you can always take cold drinks and chips... If you want to cool off in the pool, the water is cool, but we swam in the sea, the Persian Gulf is incredible, the tides come and go every day, but it didn't spoil the rest at all... We went on two excursions to Dubai - the sightseeing and Abu Dhabi - the Louvre Museum, the Presidential Palace, and the mosque... I recommend that you immerse yourself in the incredible beauty and richness of the amazing Arab world. We bought tickets from our guide and they turned out to be much more expensive than Timur's at the hotel... Nevertheless, I recommend contacting him for gifts - we bought Dubai chocolate and chocolate-covered dates, we bought the latter in a store in the hotel, they turned out to be cheaper here , and chocolate in Ajman City - where the bus goes from the hotel, and we took a taxi back for 23 dirhams, by the way, dollars are accepted in all stores... The rest was incredible, I recommend this amazing AjMAN hotel to everyone, where everything is with care and love ❤ I write and cry, we will definitely come back here 🙏🙏🙏 Amen 🙏

I am grateful for the reviews - the first trip to Ajman, to this hotel, and a lot of impressions. The hotel is good, the food is varied, delicious, what should be hot is hot, what should be cold is cold)) the service is 5-plus, the staff is polite, friendly, and always with a smile, bravo, the cleanliness in the room is above all praise, we never found the room during cleaning, but perfect cleanliness was waiting for us at any time (straight Fixies, honestly) Flying home to Moscow (the best let's take a piece of the sun, warmth and hospitality of this wonderful place with us!!! I recommend the hotel and rest here - for all 1000%!!!

The hotel I didn't want to leave and I really want to come back from!!! I liked everything! Pleasant little things: beach towels without cards are freely available, spread out in advance on sun beds, and you can also take them yourself. You'll even get your glasses wiped on the beach! The beach is large and wide, the sea is clear, you can watch fish and crabs near the rocks. They serve ice cream, watermelons, and water. There is a heated children's pool with a canopy, just a godsend for families with young children. Special attention should be paid to the swimming pool with sea views and the Infinity bar, where a DJ is playing at sunset. The food is of high quality, all dishes are cooked deliciously, there are themed dinners, and brunch with seafood on Saturdays. We had an all-inclusive service where you get vouchers for lunch and dinner, as well as vouchers to an Italian restaurant. One voucher is 100 dirhams. You can exchange them in Bukhara (a lobster costs 3 vouchers) and in Zanzibar (a large plate of seafood is worth a try). Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to Svetlana, the hostess at the main restaurant. A super customer-oriented employee and just a nice girl. She always helped and was very helpful. I will note a small nuance about the cot: it is tiny, 80 centimeters long, if you are traveling with a child over 3 years old, keep this in mind.

The best hotel to visit in the UAE. All services are working fine. Wide coastline, plenty of space on the beach and in the pool area. They distribute cold water and provide any assistance with glasses. The work in the bar is well done, you don't have to wait. The reception service is very clear. At the entrance to the hotel, the luggage is met and delivered to the room. The registration is fast without unnecessary formalities. There are no restrictions on food during check-in. We arrived at 6.30, went to breakfast at 7.00. We changed our clothes and went shopping on the beach. By lunchtime, we checked in without wasting any time waiting. The staff is very friendly and responds quickly and clearly to any request. The drinks are decent, they bring them without restrictions. I recommend.

Nice hotel, on the first line with its own beach. The building is in excellent condition, but sometimes its age comes up. For example, I didn't like the antediluvian noisy air conditioner, the battered plumbing in the shower. We lived in a regular room, maybe everything is better in the villas and VIP rooms, but the prices are different there)) I liked the food, it was varied, there was a lot of grilling, seafood was served several times, they made a wok and spaghetti in front of you. But there wasn't much room in the main restaurant, so I had to go to the neighboring ones. This is not a complaint, because it was not annoying, but it was even interesting to change the situation sometimes. In general, everything is a 5-minus. But I do not advise you to go here in August, there is terrible heat around the clock and the water in the sea is hot)) this may be normal for some, but I was only saved in a pool with cool water. Which is also great!)

There are no complaints about the hotel at all. Nice mattress and pillows. Snow-white bed linen, towels, bathrobes, and all this changed every day. Room cleaning every day for 5+. The food is also without complaints. All products are fresh, and there is a good and varied selection of dishes. And souffle is a fairy tale. The beach is nice, though the water is a little shallow. And here's the main pool... I registered in it)) Half-sun beds in the water is a great idea! All the staff is friendly and tries to solve any of your questions as soon as possible.
