I bought tickets here for the first and last time. Two weeks before the trip, the flight had to be canceled due to the passenger's illness. I wrote to support, and for two weeks support never responded. As a result, I dealt with a foreign airline on my own, they refused me, and I had to make a paid refund with the loss of money from the ticket price. The airline returned the money to Kupibilet, but they did not get in touch. A few days later, I wrote a negative review and the support immediately responded, two days before departure. They said they were ready to make a refund, but the amount was two times less than the amount sent by the airline. In other words, they decided to earn money from the ticket refund, arguing this with the exchange rate, service fee, and so on. The resume is like this. There is no support. There is no help in solving the issues. If you need to return your ticket, you will not be able to do so, or you will receive several times less than the stated refund amount. I do not recommend it!

March 9 — as it turned out later, Kupibilet sent my request to the airline only on that day. That is, due to the agency's delay, I got exactly into the period when the quick refund was no longer working. As a result: — the airline's booking was cancelled (there is a letter from Etihad), — I was forced to buy new tickets at my own expense, — the money for the return segment has not yet been refunded. Then the most interesting thing begins: — first they write to me "within 30 days", — then "up to 30 days", — now "from 30 days". That is, the term just "floats" as convenient, there are no specifics. The airline's website requires SWIFT and IBAN, which, of course, do not exist, and it is completely unclear to me how I can get the money back to the Russian account. This is the first time I have come across the fact that I have to deal with the airline myself in such a situation, while it is known in advance that it is almost impossible to receive money directly from the airline in such a situation. It is completely unclear to me how you can work with an airline, accept funds from customers, knowing that later, in case of problems, the customer will have to do it himself (and it is unclear on what grounds, since the airlines themselves send those who bought a ticket from agents to solve problems with agents and receive a refund it was from them, since the payment was to the agent) to deal with the airline. But even then, there was the same silence and no action from the company, I received a template apology for the current situation and a typical explanation about the increase in the number of requests from users in connection with the current situation. It is not possible to call the ticket office. There is no connection. The airline sends us to resolve the issue with this aggregator, because tickets were purchased through it. I bought a ticket for the WizAir low-cost airline, I misspelled my last name (exclusively my joint, I admit). When I noticed the mistake, I wrote to the Ticket office. We got involved in solving the problem quickly, were polite and attentive, there are no complaints here. As a result, I was offered to pay 6,500 rubles for the solution (1,500 for the airline, 5,000 for the services of the Ticket service). With this money, you can buy a new low-cost airline ticket. I was not too lazy to go to the Wiz website, it says that they fix up to three errors for free. I returned to the chat with the manager and sent this link. The manager replied after a while that she had clarified everything once again, and WizAir definitely wanted to fine me. It was strange because I wrote directly to Wiz myself and they fixed everything for me pretty quickly, they didn't ask for money. After telling the manager of Cupibilet about such amazing successes, I found out that they didn't buy anything directly from Wiz, but there was a third agency in the chain, and it might have wanted to make money. It should be noted here that the appetites of that intermediary are more modest – only 1,500, not 5,000 for correcting a typo, like Kupibilet. Conclusion: do not be lazy and do not rush to pay others for what you can do for free, quickly and simply. In fairness, it should be said that there is approximately the same advice in the rules on the Cupibilet website (but who reads them ...). It sounds something like "contact the airline yourself and clarify, perhaps the issue can be resolved directly for free."

We have purchased Etihad Airways tickets on the route: Kazan — Abu Dhabi — Bangkok — Abu Dhabi — Kazan. But since tickets were purchased through an aggregator, all changes had to be made through a coupon. At first, to be honest, it was very difficult — they couldn't get in touch for a long time, the answers were delayed, and some managers simply disappeared. In such a situation, it is especially stressful because there are few seats on flights, and decisions need to be made quickly. But then we were very lucky — manager Sergey got in touch. Sergey really saved our situation. He reacted promptly, helped with postponements several times, as flights were constantly canceled and the situation was changing literally before our eyes. As a result, he was able to find and arrange a new route for us on the 28th: Bangkok — Abu Dhabi - Moscow. Everything went well, we flew away calmly, without unnecessary stress — and this is largely due to his work. Many thanks to Sergey Korshunov for his professionalism and support in a difficult situation.

You can't make a phone call - there is no phone on the site, in principle, Yandex issues a phone that does not work. Messages are not being answered. You can't write in a chat either - just typical questions from the AI. If something suddenly goes wrong (such as flight cancellation), the issue cannot be resolved.

They have not considered a refund request for 5 days. My flights were canceled by the airline, and I received an email from Emirates about the cancellation. Refund via buy a ticket only, I immediately created a refund request, the response should have been within 48 hours, it's been 5 days without a reply or hello. In the buy a ticket app, all my flights supposedly took place! Everyone who bought tickets through tripcom refunded the money in 10 minutes, and if you bought a ticket, you just brazenly dumped everyone. I strongly advise against contacting this aggregator.

If you paid for the ticket with your bank card and think that this company will just as calmly return them to your card, then you are deeply mistaken! Everything is done in such a way that you will probably get the money back, and the company itself is located in Dubai or it is not yet clear where. In general, you will not catch up with the money. Terrible service! For a week now, I have not been able to receive a response from the so-called "care" service regarding the possibility of exchanging a ticket, which is provided for by the fare. It is impossible to reach them in any way except for the autobot in the application. It is also impossible to leave a review on the website. I will never contact this office again and I do not recommend anyone to take such a risk. My vacation plans have changed, but I guess I'll just have to buy new tickets.
