The disgusting cupibilet situation is repeated more than once! Then the money is being ripped off for additional services , including them automatically ! Then the baggage will be misled ! This time it's much worse, I paid for online registration, but they couldn't register! They returned the money , but it didn 't get any easier . I had to change my plans and leave for the airport 4 hours earlier to check in at the airport! I wish I had bought a ticket from another company! The mood is ruined for the whole flight!

All that the Cupibilet support service could answer me was to purchase a ticket for another flight and fly them away, and then request a refund. That's what I did. She immediately filed a claim for a refund. They replied that they had sent a request to the airline and were waiting for a response from it. Three weeks later, with my constant reminders, they replied that the company had told me to contact it on my own and request a refund, as I can only send a refund request on my own. At the same time, the ticket was paid in rubles and I paid with a bill. The airline's website requires SWIFT and IBAN, which, of course, do not exist, and it is completely unclear to me how I can get the money back to the Russian account. This is the first time I have come across the fact that I have to deal with the airline myself in such a situation, while it is known in advance that it is almost impossible to receive money directly from the airline in such a situation. It is completely unclear to me how you can work with an airline, accept funds from customers, knowing that later, in case of problems, the customer will have to do it himself (and it is unclear on what grounds, since the airlines themselves send those who bought a ticket from agents to solve problems with agents and receive a refund it was from them, since the payment was to the agent) to deal with the airline. In fact, Cupibilet simply refused to solve my problem. It would be more honest to say it right away, at the moment when this problem arose, rather than waiting 3 weeks for it. They present the route search as supposedly through connecting flights with transfers if there are no direct flights. We have one airline that cancelled the first part of the flight (in Min.There was supposed to be a connecting flight), but the second one was not canceled. And cupibilet.ru immediately dismissed it, supposedly it just looks like it's a single flight with a transfer, and they have nothing to do with it if the first transfer flight is canceled by the airline. And they happily withhold fines for the forced cancellation of the second flight, and their fees, and unexplained amounts. We paid 44 thousand, but they promise to return only 34 thousand. It is unclear why we lost such a sum.

As a result, I received a reservation for only one flight out of four. A refund from the company for work not done is 1 ruble. The only reservation is for one of the last rows in seat K (two passengers on each side). It's called booked for the bugger. At the same time, they registered me only when I wrote to support. We got involved in solving the problem quickly, were polite and attentive, there are no complaints here. As a result, I was offered to pay 6,500 rubles for the solution (1,500 for the airline, 5,000 for the services of the Ticket service). With this money, you can buy a new low-cost airline ticket. I was not too lazy to go to the Wiz website, it says that they fix up to three errors for free. I returned to the chat with the manager and sent this link. The manager replied after a while that she had clarified everything once again, and WizAir definitely wanted to fine me. It was strange because I wrote directly to Wiz myself and they fixed everything for me pretty quickly, they didn't ask for money. After telling the manager of Cupibilet about such amazing successes, I found out that they didn't buy anything directly from Wiz, but there was a third agency in the chain, and it might have wanted to make money. It should be noted here that the appetites of that intermediary are more modest – only 1,500, not 5,000 for correcting a typo, like Kupibilet. Conclusion: do not be lazy and do not rush to pay others for what you can do for free, quickly and simply. In fairness, it should be said that there is approximately the same advice in the rules on the Cupibilet website (but who reads them ...). It sounds something like "contact the airline yourself and clarify, perhaps the issue can be resolved directly for free."

When paying for a ticket to China, the bank made a payment of 18 tr in favor of the service kupibilet.ru , but did not miss the ticket amount itself. As a result, the ticket purchase was not completed, but the money in favor of the platform was debited from the card for 18 months. I tried to issue a refund request through the personal account, but the support button is not available either from the main page or from the personal account. My order is listed as "missing" and "cancellation", so I can't tell support to refund the money, the button is not active from any device and when clicked, the page freezes and then returns to its original state without changes. I wrote to the Care Service by email, privet@kupibilet.ru . I received a reply that all questions were answered through the support on the website. It seems that the site administrators have made the transition to support unavailable, because from all kinds of devices the link to the "Support Chat" is perceived as text, not a link to go to. In my opinion, the disgusting service and actions look like fraudulent.
