She immediately filed a claim for a refund. They replied that they had sent a request to the airline and were waiting for a response from it. Three weeks later, with my constant reminders, they replied that the company had told me to contact it on my own and request a refund, as I can only send a refund request on my own. At the same time, the ticket was paid in rubles and I paid with a bill. The airline's website requires SWIFT and IBAN, which, of course, do not exist, and it is completely unclear to me how I can get the money back to the Russian account. This is the first time I have come across the fact that I have to deal with the airline myself in such a situation, while it is known in advance that it is almost impossible to receive money directly from the airline in such a situation. It is completely unclear to me how you can work with an airline, accept funds from customers, knowing that later, in case of problems, the customer will have to do it himself (and it is unclear on what grounds, since the airlines themselves send those who bought a ticket from agents to solve problems with agents and receive a refund it was from them, since the payment was to the agent) to deal with the airline. In fact, Cupibilet simply refused to solve my problem. It would be more honest to say it right away, at the moment when this problem arose, rather than waiting 3 weeks for it. Contacting the ticket's "Care Service" does not give anything, they say that the cost of their service fee can change at any time at their discretion and reach up to 30% of the ticket price, although this is not the first time I buy tickets from them - the service fee is always included in the original price and does not increase the purchase price as in this case. Now they can't add luggage, they say that I supposedly wanted it that way myself - without luggage, and the fact that the cost of luggage was written off as the cost of the service fee is normal - they do this. Of course, no one is going to refund the service fee. It's a very unpleasant situation, I've filed a pre-trial complaint, and I'll go to court on principle.

He doesn't perform his functions: he doesn't provide real help, interrupts sessions and constantly closes chats. The bot has extremely limited communication capabilities. To get to a living person, you literally need to show miracles of perseverance. I work in a related field — related to CRM systems and technical support - and, frankly, this is the first time I've encountered such a complex and nerve—wracking process of reaching a real specialist. In the personal account, when filling out the user's questionnaire, the system allows you to enter any phone number: no templates, no verification, no prompts. I have a Czech SIM card, and I have provided my Czech number. Each time the payment failed, only the general message "payment failed" was displayed. Not a single clue that the problem might be in the phone number. It was only after communicating with the real agent that it became clear that this was what prevented the payment. I understand the need for automation, but the bot in its current form is more of a hindrance than a help. For most users, such an experience is a serious reason to leave for competitors, unable to withstand so many obstacles. I really hope that this review will be taken as constructive feedback. If you suddenly have a change of plans and you urgently need to change your ticket or make changes to your reservation, FORGET IT! No one will ever help you. There is no support phone, the stupidest chatbot - which will eventually write to you - that you need to make an application on the site and give you a broken link Support, or rather, the "care service" should respond within 72 hours, but after 48 hours you will receive an email saying that they have a lot of work and you will wait forever. An expensive ticket was issued, and the money was debited. There is no ticket in the post office or in the office. Not a single link to the support chat on the site IS WORKING!!! Intuitively, I found a bot in telegram, wrote to him, they replied, they said that the payment system did not work and the order was canceled. The money will be returned within 1-5 days. I haven't received the money yet, I'm waiting. I couldn't save money on an expensive flight, time was lost, money was stuck (with an unknown result yet) - this is the result of contacting this office.
