I contacted the insurance company via WhatsApp. They called a doctor to help me, but I had to pay an additional $140 for a routine checkup, even though the insurance had already been paid. Representatives of the agency in correspondence only tried to shift responsibility, explaining that the "policy was invalid", although in no case did I make any changes to the insurance data - everything was drawn up and edited for me. The dates are entered correctly in the fields. The incorrect detail turned out to be one value that the agent did not correct in the "duration of action" field. The agent left 5 days. The fact is that the trip was originally planned for 5 days. But it was PAID FOR and extended for 2 weeks. The employees corrected the dates of the insurance in the document, but not the duration.
As a result, I found myself in an extremely stressful situation: with a fever, I had to look for an ATM on the street to pay for services, because the doctor only accepted cash, and all my attempts to understand the situation were met only with excuses.
