Sending a refund is just hell! I will never use this service again and I do not recommend it to anyone! Getting a refund is a real quest through the seven circles of hell! For almost a month of time, I have not been able to get my money due to the constant demands for a photo format that is "readable" or unreadable, as if their employees are working on prehistoric equipment. They require either a signed photo, or a different format of a signed photo, or bank details — this is not enough! Then it turns out that you need a bank statement, but it must be in some special format! The constant procrastination of the process, the endless exhaustion of nerves. I paid 3,500 rubles for the possibility of exchanging tickets, but it turned out to be impossible to exchange tickets, and the promised refund in 20-60 days is generally absurd. I could have already received my money, but instead I have to struggle with their demands for documents and formats that are completely incomprehensible. Caution: "Cupibilet". How I was deprived of 20,000 rubles and two months of my life. I sincerely hope my review will make you think and save your money and nerves. My experience with this company is one of incompetence and disregard for the client. The essence of the story: I purposefully purchased return tickets Samara-Yerevan-Thessaloniki and back for almost 90,000 rubles. I deliberately chose a more expensive tariff to protect myself in case of unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, the trip was disrupted due to the visa refusal. What started next — 7 circles of Hell: 1. Complete lack of service. The refund procedure was conducted exclusively by e-mail with one incompetent employee. No phones for communication, no prompt feedback, no desire to help. 2. The return period is a mockery. I was suddenly informed that it can take UP to 60 DAYS to process a refund request! The company doesn't care at all that people are planning budgets and need money to quickly change plans. 3. Unreasonable deductions. As a result, the money was returned to me, withholding 20,000 rubles in the form of incomprehensible fines! At the same time, I WAS NOT NOTIFIED of the amount of these sanctions and the conditions of their application until the moment of purchase. All they referred to was the vague phrase "according to the terms of the tariff." The reaction to the claim is the height of cynicism. I sent an official pre-trial complaint by e-mail. In response, they sent me a template message: "The money was returned, the information is above." Thus, the company made it clear that it did not give a damn about the legitimate demands of the consumer and the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection". The repeated claim via chat was ignored — the standard response is "consideration for up to 30 days." Bottom line: I am preparing a statement of claim to the court with the requirements: - Collection of unreasonably withheld 20,000 rubles. - Compensation for moral damage. - Levying a fine in my favor in the amount of 50% of the amount of the claim under Article 13 of the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection" for refusing to satisfy the claims on a voluntary basis. Conclusion: The Kupibilet company does not provide services, it creates problems. They do not inform about the real conditions, do not provide support, violate legal deadlines and ignore claims. Run away from them! Your money and nerves are not worth it. P.S. At the time of the review, the pre-trial claim remained without a meaningful response.

You buy a ticket, you receive messages like "it's time to leave for the airport," and at the airport it turns out that registration is paid, you are in a foreign country where Russian cards are not accepted, and there is no cash. The children are crying, it's night outside, the tickets are burning, and the support staff responds that it is the passenger's responsibility to study the offer. In general, there will never be any more "cupibilet" - just take money for a flight and withdraw yourself - you can't work like this in the 21st century.

They returned 35k points (not rubles), which can only be spent on their website, and no more than 2k per ticket. Otherwise, the refund for the tickets will come in points and not the entire amount, even if you have issued a refund (and there is an additional fee for this). Even if the flight was canceled, they have the same scheme, only points. It should be noted that only 2,000 points can be deducted at a time. And no matter how much I correspond, there is no sense - the answer is the same. I will write a complaint to all authorities. This is robbery and fraud. I did not buy tickets, and the money was withdrawn for online registration services and not refunded. At the same time, screenshots of the certificates were rejected for me here. For information . But still, there is another side - I was provided with incomplete information, which is equivalent to the concept of "deception". I am sure that the booking staff knew perfectly well (or had the opportunity to clarify) how many typos are allowed in the boarding pass, but they decided not to tell me this information. It is very annoying to realize that the company's priority is to "make money", and not to help solve the situation in favor of the client.
