The circumstances were such that I had to return the ticket (58 days in advance). The positive thing about this story is that the staff promptly solved my problem and did not refuse payment. I would like to note that before purchasing a refund ticket, I asked the staff about the refund rate and no one told me how much refund I was talking about and how much I would lose. And now the most interesting part! Penalty rates: 1) non-refundable airline fee - 1330 rubles. 2) the fee for making an order is 4,474 rubles. 3) the service fee for the refund is 7468 rubles . Total: 13272 rubles. Ticket price: 49995 rubles. Total amount returned : 36722 rubles! That's how the return ticket turned out! Of course, I had to agree to the conditions described. I am writing in such detail about my case, because I am sure that this information can help someone choose the right decision: to buy or not to buy. If you buy a ticket directly through the Kupibilet website, the commission will be 10%. What kind of greedy schemes are these? In fact, they cash in on users who trust the service and overpay for refundable fares, thinking they can easily make changes or refund a ticket. But in fact, the Bill will go even deeper into your pocket! Competitors (OneTwoTrip) have a fixed commission, but here there is a robbery depending on the ticket price. And this is in a situation where there is a risk of a visa refusal and a ticket may not be needed at all. The service has completely discredited itself, I do not recommend it to anyone! As supporting documents for payment and receipt of services, they offer an "official" certificate from your personal account, which in essence is not any document, but just a file that cannot be attached to the reporting.
